Back in the days of GSC, Eevee had two new evos; Espeon and Umbreon. Eevee used to evolve into Espeon in the day, and Umbreon in the night. But since RS, there has been no day or night.. So most people thought it had changed.. Because now, I will tell you the TRUE way Eevee evolves into Espeon/Umbreon.

Firstly, lets look at what has been said:

• "It's the same times as GSC" - Not True
• "It's like Wurmple, it's random" - Not True
• "You use stones to evolve them" - Not true

The truth is, it's like GSC's but different times.

It's like this:

• 12 PM - 12 AM - Espeon
• 12 AM - 12 PM - Umbreon

You make ask why it's like that? Well, my guess that it's to do with the sun. Think about it. At 12 PM, the sun is at his highest point, but at 12 AM the moon is at it's highest. Odd, but it works..

As for FRLG, you need to trade Eevee to RS, to evolve it.
