AboutUU stands for Underused and Pokemon in this list tend not to get used in standard play due to worse stats or a poorer movepool. People are attracted to this metagame because they are fed up of the few standard Pokémon dominating the OU metagame. Pokémon in higher tiers are not allowed, and Pokemon from NU are. Note that this exact list is specific to PKMN.NET and the DP metagame.

altaria and raichu are good pokemon! i know! mine are practically serial killers!
absol with sword dance and slash is a deadly combo and my absols stats are at max

Why both Pika and Rai? Is it becuase of the the light ball boost to Pika? I swear that only boosts Atk.
