I think Klutz is for people who use Toxic and Flame Orbs to Trick onto the foe, so that they don't get the side effects. I need to test this, but you could do this: Buneary used Pound! Buneary's Klutz prevents the Flame Orb's use! Buneary used Trick! The foe's Megainium got burned from the Flame Orb! Now why someone would use a Buneary on a Megainium, I don't know...
