Automatic recruits
These recruit with no battle.

Bosses
These are all at the end of a dungeon. They have mega-high recruit rates, you'll probably get them first time when you beat them, and their HP is normally much higher than normal when you fight them. It drops when you recruit them.

Wandering Legendaries
These wander around on their set floor like normal enemy Pokémon. They have very low recruit rates. Their HP is much lower than that of the bosses, it's the same as it is when they are recruited.

Item Legendaries
These require either the Secret Slab or the Mystery Part items to be in the Treasure Bag. Otherwise, they are the same as the other wandering Legendaries.

The Secret Slab and Mystery Part appear as mission rewards every now and then on the job notice boards - however, if you're too lazy for that, here is an easy Wondermail mission for the Mystery Part:

Wondermail Legendaries
These are bosses, but the dungeons they rule are only obtainable through Wondermail codes [see below].

I've put together a set of Wondermail codes for these dungeons. All missions ask you to rescue a Rattata on the first floor of each dungeon and give money and a Joy Seed as a reward - however, you don't have to actually do the mission if you don't want, you can gain access to the dungeon simply by accepting the job and then deleting it once you are shown where it is on the map.

Also I used a cheat to become shadow darkrai and I can't figure out how to deactivate it. I have deleted the cheat and it still won't go away

I made my own booklet using information from Serebii and Bulbapedia. It has chronological lists of all the legendaries with recruit rates, items needed, versions, areas etc. I used the profile pictures from Bulbapedia. The remaining pages are for missions that, when completed, unlock a mission-only dungeon (it unlocks when you complete a mission in that dungeon), where some legendaries can be found. One more page is for items such as the damn Blue Gummies, Sacred Slab/Mystery Part, Amber Tear/Golden Mask, just really easy missions to obtain items.
The front cover has pictures of the legendaries from Gens 1-4. The booklet is for Time and Darkness versions only, so Arceus and Shaymin (Sky-only) aren't there.

i defeated groundon but did not get groundon to join me. How do i redo the dungeon and rebattle groudon?
