G'day mate, look what's jus' turned up in the bush!

This news item is more than 45 days old. Updates are unlikely and newer information may already be available.

Don't worry, you're safe from any more awful attempts at Australian "lingo" in here.

Big drum roll again though please.

The Secret Key, needed to unlock the new forms of Rotom on Pokémon Platinum, will be available over Nintendo Wifi from 8th June up until the 19th July. Yes, that's exactly the same as the European dates.

What Australians will ALSO get is the Nintendo Connetion Tour, which will travel across Toys R Us stores Down Under between June 25th and July 5th. You can also download the Secret Key there as well.

You're so spoilt down there, really.

For details on how to download the Secret Key when the event becomes active, click here!

Why do the USA, Japhan and Australia (and the rest of the EU) get all the good things so often and we in the UK don't ? (it's not fair)

Hardrockcafe, that is complete manure. (O.o) The UK are uptodate on events.

I would like to see these events all be rolled out at the same time every once in a while

Don't they speak French in the UK? I just think that they just need time to translate, and English is the most popular language or something. Nothing against you UK-ians. On the other hand, just think about South Korea... Platinum has just come out! :-)

Nope. But some of us speak Welsh. I don't believe I've ever seen Pokémon translated into Welsh. How unfair. =)

England makes up most of the UK (by size and population), so yeah, we just happen to speak English. And Platinum only came out here a couple of weeks ago (22nd May), the same as the rest of Europe. That said, I believe we have at least as many events as the rest of Europe, probably more, and I'd imagine we've had more than Australia as well. So I think it's just Japan and the USA that get more than us, though I might be wrong.

I'm from NZ myself, but I've never even used Wi-Fi before. How do you connect the DS to the computer?
