Gardevoir Nicknames

Gardevoir
Gardevoir
Tristitia
Two reasons: One, Tristitia was the queen of the fairies. The second is based on the original Seven Deadly Sins, where Tristitia represented sorrow/jealousy. Gardevoir makes my enemies sad they lost, and jealous of my Gardevoir.

I don't know what they're jealous of but it's certainly not this Gardevoir.

because i ... ummm ... ok i'm going to be honest with you, i stole this name from Rakkuguy because i couldn't think of any names for a Gardevoir. Please don't give this name a bad rating because i stole it. Also it's pronounced Ārəlĭn or something like that.

Chastity
Gardevoirs are generally known for their results on Google Images. Chastity is the heavenly virtue for refraining from Lust. So, being a person that likes Gardevoir for her elegance, beauty and general power in battle and not her sexual appeal, I named her after said heavenly virtue.

Vera
I chose this name because it not only mirrors part of the Pokemon's name, it also means "truth" or "faith," which fits the Pokemon's Psychic type.

Evelina
It's a variation from the French name "Aveline" and it means "wished for child", and it just kinda reminds me of this Pokemon from it's first to last evolution, but it's obviously for females.

Lady Gaga
Because, GAGA and GARdevoir. Works only on females, and pointing that out as a weakness is NOT a good argument. Males could be called Mr Gaga.

The Name Rater says...
Somehow I don't think limiting your nickname to females is the only weakness in your name.

Artemis
Artemis is the Greek goddess of the moon, and moonblast is one if it's competitive move, if you had a male one, you could name it Apollo, and morning sun. Also Artemis is a maiden goddess, so she doesn't marry, and female gardevoir doesn't need no man to kick butt.

Hadori
Hadori is a combination of 'Midori' and 'Hanayome'. Midori means green in japanese and hanayome means bride. Gardevoir looks like a bride and is green. Hadori also fits Gardevoir. Hadori also means Memoirs of Hadrian which is a novel about life and death of a roman emperor. Gardevoirs normal form looks like a bride which is marriage that represents life and Gardevoir's shiny form looks like Gardevoir would be at a funeral which is death.

Angel
Angel was what I called my first girlfriend, because she always would wear white dresses. Recently, she's started wearing black a lot, so I thought it was perfect for my shiny Mega Gardevoir.
Tue 12 Apr 2016 01:59:15 UTC by Welab12
The Name Rater says...
She's wearing black a lot because she wants to kill you and is getting outfits together for your funeral. Just a heads up from one bro to another. Been there, done that. Btw she wants to kill you because you called her Angel.

Mana
Mana's (As in, the magic bar or the like) usually represented by the colour blue in video games. Shiny Garde is blue and uses psychic ability. Mana is the nickname I gave to a shiny Garde. I think it works.

Serenity is a name relating to a calm, graceful personality, and I've always seen Gardevoir as a graceful pokemon. Of course, it doesn't really work for a male Gardevoir.

Hinagiku
First reason: Mega Gardevoir Second reason: It's a reference to a magical girl anime by the title of "Wedding Peach", Gardevoir resembles 1 of the 3 main girls, Hinagiku or Angel Daisy. When Gardevoir Mega Evolves, she sports a Wedding Dress very similar to Angel Daisy's dress , which got me to decide to name my Gardevoir "Hinagiku" after the character from the anime, again, rate however you feel it, I prefer criticism as it is
