HEY SENTRET, when is it best to start EV training a pokemon. i have just started EV traning and im gonna evolve my shelgon to salamence should i EV train it then or EV train it into a salamence??
Sentret didn't understand like most of that, but Sentret aksed smarter trainers who passed by with shiny Pokemon and they said like you begin training and raising your EVs already immediately or something?
