General Pokémon Discussion / How to get a glitch Pokemon with english fossil conversion glitch?

I'm trying to get a glitch Pokemon in Red called PkMnaPkMnゥ ♂ fPkMnk but without the Johto guard glitch. I've heard you can get it in thr English version of the fossil conversion glitch but I don't really know what to do in it.

 I'm quite early on in the game with no HMs (I'm in Cerulean city) and want to get it as early on as possible, can anyone help?
