I gave Melodysigns a Makaton challenge. She accepted it!

I'll have to wait a while before she uploads the video though.

Managed to get the rest of my Christmas shopping done bar one person and even then I'll be told what to get for that one. Been very busy sorting stuff at the flat, got a hair cut too so we're all good

I have a new lightbulb in the dining room now.

I finally have an appointment to get my ears sorted out.

Finally built that bookcase I've been meaning to put together! Actually really chuffed since part of the reason behind my room being a mess is that I've got nowhere for the CDs and books. Once I've finished, things will look a lot neater.

My Makaton book and DVD came today. I can properly do the sign for name now. My deaf friend kept telling me I was doing it wrong after I learned the sign from Something Special.

I just did a missingno glitch and I wasn't even aware I was doing it!

I spoke to the old man in viridian city who catches a weedle, then used fly to go to cinnabar, then surf along the east edge and encountered missingno! I caught it!

I guess my game's going to be screwed now!

Glitch city? Ain't that the glitch that screws up fuchsia city when you do stuff in the safari zone? I've done that glitch before! Of course, before I got missingno!

Explain! How does it screw it up (I mean with missingno!)

probs. if you leave it just unloads so you're ok (re: glitch city).

all missingno does is duplicate one of your items a lot. leveling him up can evolve him into a rhydon of all things (i think? but it definitely evolves if you make it loop around from 255). some glitch pokemon can ruin the game, but some are harmless. now, interestingly, the name you give the player can detirmine this, but its only if you use weird special characters for the name or something.

My missingno was lvl 32 (9800 exp to next level) battled one pokemon, gained less than 9800 exp and leveled up to 100!

I think I gave my player it's default name (Red or Blue, can't remember which)

I got missingno in it's "normal form"

Doesn't it dupilcate the 6th item in the bag? I got the coin case in there so nothing happened if that's the case!

My missingno flips and screws up sprites!

It flips and screws up the player's sprite in a battle. It flips the opponent's pokemon sprite round and screws up when you attack it. The opponent trainer's sprite is screwed up after the battle is won.

My missingno's moveset:

Water Gun
Water Gun
Sky Attack

Managed to polish my Docs tonight so I'm pretty chuffed about that. It's something little but they can last for years if you look after them. Sorta like Nintendogs... you're all looking after them, right?

Found my old Olympus! It wasn't really lost but I wanted to dig it out since it's something I enjoy aha. Hoping to go on a photoshoot soonish tbh, just got to rope a friend in for company and I'm set.

Spoiler: show
It wouldn't be so bad if I did generic Instagram stuff but I don't ahaa. My shoots have always gone hand-in-hand with an adventures - could simplify this for my Tinder bio actually lmao. Actually remember going all around town once only to wind up in some stairway in an old multi-storey car park. Obvs went down the woods and stuff. Actually found myself shooting next to this old run-down stream area once and it was pitch black so I think I was using my phone flash as a light aha. The prints came out super creepy tbh.

Also caught a shiny Wingull. That was cool.

Didn't think smokey garlic wings would be a good idea but ordered them anyways. Pleasantly surprised by how good they were.
