I used a thing in my emulator which does an AVI recording, then there's this thing that pops up about compression or something with multiple options (I just leave it as it is)

 Audacity is free (I think) so you might be able to open your file on Audacity and just edit the audio so it syncs up to the footage. Haven't touched it in about five years now and it's the only one I used so there's probably easier methods to fix it up but yolo.

Use a program to record the footage, like OBS or... I don't actually know any other programs for recording stuff nowadays just use OBS I think, it's super easy to set up to local record.

My sleep cycle is out of wack. I'll go to bed at like 2 and wake up at 9 or go to bed at midnight and wake up at 10 or 11. Work is messing with me but I love it.

OBS is great for recording and a good alternative if you don't have the ability to use Shadowplay (which is what I use)

Everyone thinks it's hilarious that I stutter when I talk but i'm not allowed to say anything back when they make fun of me for it because "they're just teasing". I get told to slow down but when I do, I get interrupted. My mom keeps telling me this bullcrap that she's been telling people to stop when I've been the one doing it (and getting in trouble for it) the entire time.

As well as YouTube being laggy as hell 95% of the time, now Google freezes and closes on it's own when I'm on Bulbapedia! It infuriates me beyond very unrepeatable words! I was looking at the page for Dizzy Punch and I couldn't even get past the description of the effects it has in each generation before it freezes! I just want to sit down, relax and read some stuff, but THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!

your hones issue is that you likely have a load of junk on there. uninstall some games you don't play anymore, delete some files and it should run a bit faster.

^Do what she says and it'll run better. If you think that's bad, try having a phone that mutes and unmutes itself at will, randomly turns off and doesn't hold a charge. That was the phone I had before I got the s4 my brother had.
