The 1975 - The 1975

i finally got around to listening to the whole album and i dunno. a couple of really good songs but not that great overall. Girls is pretty great though, big tune.
My mom bought me this new laptop and it gets really hot when the chat is being spammed. Now my leg is starting to hurt because it is getting so hot. Please, if you don't want me to get burned, then don't spam the chat.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Kendrick Lamar - good kid, MAD city

So annoyed that it didn't win a Grammy. :|

Fixed. Such an incredible concept album. I guess they had to give Macklemore something though.

Such an incredible album. I guess they had to give Daft Punk something though.

Double fixed. Also Macklemore and Ryan Lewis (y)

Daft Punk was always going to win the big one. It was a very good commercial album with a few huge singles and still hit an indie market. It's the sort of thing Grammys love.

Because of that, Grammys couldn't afford to not give Macklemore (& Ryan Lewis :P) nothing because of the pop backlash, sacrificing Hip Hop credibility (which Grammys always seems to do).

Kendrick had the performance of the night though which made up for it =]

Radiohead - Kid A

Man this album is so great. Top 3 of this century thus far

I always saw Amnesiac as the inferior version of Kid A tbh, not that that makes it a bad album :S

Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814- Such a great album! I love how a bell tolls opens the album and then another ends it. Nation is such a powerful album with songs that speak true twenty years after being released. State of the World mentions many problems still occurring to this day and the final monologue spoke the truth that everyone is the same and only the knowledge each of us has can seperate ourselves from the rest of the world. Plus Miss You Much, Escapade, Black Cat, Love Will Never Do (Without You), and Rhythm Nation are awesome songs!
