I spent three days in a house with a dog and I only had two minor panic attacks and honestly i’m so proud of myself. This is the sort of progress I’ve needed for years & my new furry pal Izzy is an angel and I love her

I’m meeting my other half’s parents tomorrow but honestly I’m more worried about the dog... cos is still never got over my crippling fear of them 🙃

People have asked me a lot if I’m gonna get therapy but honestly I think i’ll just never visit a park again

This time next week i’ll be 21 and I’m struggling to feel excited about it in any way.

My birthdays are always kind of a downer these days cos my grandad died the day before my 18th and last year my beloved budgie died two days after I turned 20 so I always feel kinda guilty for feeling happy around my birthday now

So my parents had some horrific mega flu last week and we quarantined them to a single room and I only went in to give them food and water all week and did the absolute most not to get their flu but I guess that doesn’t matter cos I got it anyway 🤒 have been in bed coughing and with a horrendous fever and a headache all day. I’m supposed to be going back to uni on weds  and work on Saturday but i’ll probably still feel horrifying :/
