Man, I checked my Facebook posts from two years ago and they made me cringe.

Facebook is like a time capsule but when you open it you're blasted with regrets and embarrassment.

I can't believe that I intentionally used "liek".

they think probably i have addison's disease which explains a lot and i'll greatly appreciate going on the meds to sort it out but it means that any time i have a stomach bug/get into a car accident/dehydrate too much i'll probs need to be admitted to hospital which makes me slightly concerned

thanks gl <3

So I got my lecturer to look over a draft of my first assignment and he liked it so here's hoping (I'm aiming for a 2:1... Maybe a little ambitious??)

Better to talk it out with him via PM than to complain here. We don't want the topic locked because of a random complaint.
Locked the topic he wasn't nice to me in. I'm slightly losing the will to talk to him nicely! I nearly posted a post of me having a proper go at him, but then I thought "this ain't gonna get me anywhere, except in trouble" so I did the sensible thing and locked it.
Thanks to Inferna for one of the many reasons why I love Dragonite!

That feeling when you watch a game review because you genuinely want to buy it and the reviewer is as salty as the Dead Sea because they're either not good at it or because they're used to using mods to exploit the game and generally can't get into unlocking things with their own efforts.

Pretty much why I stick to theRadBrad nowadays since he plays console and doesn't have the saltiness of PC reviewers.

So? If I was like this every time someone wasn't nice to me, I would've been banned by now. Calling out another user like that is just asking for a fight, and if it happens, you'd be the one instigating it. If you have a problem with him, do as Petzbreeder said and take it to PM's. Otherwise, you locked the topic. Move on.

Anywho, I rode on the bus for over an hour as a sub for our team, stood around the whole time and did nothing for the whole time because they ended up not needing me.

Then you've shown your teammates that you'll take lots of time out of your day to their benefit. That, friend, is being a good team player.

im currentlys scared that i might develop a fever because if i do have addisons it could spark an adrenal crisis and frankly there is somethingd decidedly embarrassing about having a complication before you've even been tested and diagnosed lmao

Well did she make you cry? Make you break down?
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now? Do you know how
To pick up the pieces and go home?

If you're not in the starting XI or on the bench, most football teams expect you to turn up to support the team. You've actually done something right by turning up despite not being needed.

Speaking of periods (and that's not something you hear all the time), I've just had to watch my other half go through the motions. It's a wonder I'm still alive.
