oh my god i can't believe we are talking about this on pkmn.net

i was waiting for the obligatory uncomfortable man to appear but i never expected it to be you muhed!!! smh. i remember last time it came up someone got SUPER weird about it tho like it was sexually explicit haha. that being said, birth control fixes all problems so i have no complaints about lady functions ever :^)

my first world problem is last night i went out to eat at a diner and i ate a huge plate of poutine and half a plate of fried pickles AND half an eclair so im going to the gym today because i feel super gross lol

also finals week is upon me

^Until you run out xD

I got called into work on my day off, and had to spend like half the money I earned on travel costs. Hello 8 day stint!

Well did she make you cry? Make you break down?
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now? Do you know how
To pick up the pieces and go home?

The hot water has been faulty for the last year now so it's hit-or-miss whether I can have a hot bath. Probably had my first hot bath in about a month the other day but the water isn't working tonight. I've offered to pay to have it fixed but everyone brushes it aside because it'll require effort.

I had to let the water out and calm down because it's seriously frustrating when you leave the hot tap on to come back to a bath that's freezing.

It doesn't look like I'm working this week because they can't find hours anywhere for me???? Um I'm contracted 8 hours not like 38 or anything! Really don't want to be missing another weeks pay ontop of next week's when I'll be off anyway. Hope they find something by the end of the week, I might have to go in at sort notice anyway.

Also like in September just before I went to uni I payed my mum's sky bill. I've done it once as a one off a few times. Usuallh the next it comes out of her acc but nope. since then they've been taking £60 odd out every month!! So raging but I'm also probably never going to get the money back either :')

If you're not in the starting XI or on the bench, most football teams expect you to turn up to support the team. You've actually done something right by turning up despite not being needed.

I know that, however, it just kind of sucks to just stand around and do nothing the whole time. Maybe i'm just too used to starting on JV or something.

Took my exam today and with that grade, i'm barely holding onto an A, but there's still 1 more grade to be put in before everything's in and I don't have a great feeling about it.

Then there's my friend who brags about being a great editor for his media productions class. So I get him to edit our little newscast project (someone in my group was his gf), and he screws it up. There was no time to fix it because the first time we were able to see it was when we were presenting. Thankfully I had to go to my exam so I bailed after the intro.

(hello this is a tw for needles below)

ok so i had specialist tests to see if i have addison's today (we find out tomorrow lol) and when they said i was going to have an injection i was all prepped to roll up my sleeve and present my arm and then the nurse went 'oh we're using your buttock muscle for this' so i was lying there on the couch with the top of my butt poking out over my jeans desperately hoping my personal hygiene is as good as i think it is and giggling at the awkward situation whilst simultaneously wincing as the needle went in it was a sham also they had to get the phlebotomist who works with babies down to do both of my blood tests because my veins are so crap

thanks gl <3

oh wow ive been here a lot lmao both with the crap veins and the ass stabbings
every month i get an injection into my "hip" as they call it (its straight up my buttcheek) and the injection takes a while to prep so ill just be standing there in this doctors office with my ass hanging out for like 5 minutes making idle banter with a nurse... it happens so often but i still feel so ashamed to just BE THERE with SKIN EXPOSED

but also literally every time i go to get blood taken (like twice a month uuugh) they hit a bum vein and spend like 40 minutes stabbing around my arm to Locate The Blood and ill come out after with 7 miles of bruising on both arms... awful. abolish needles.

omg thats never happened to me and i hope it never does because i have a high pain tolerance and im pretty calm but holy sh 40 minutes is a long time to sit still i would have to expend so much energy on not fidgeting

also micropore tape is awful the crook of my elbow is getting very used to being red and itchy

thanks gl <3

that's what I'm scared of next week when I get an iv in lmao
Any and all good spots on my hands/arms are pretty much covered in little scars from when I was a baby, all the blood tests etc. Do have some pretty cool scars though! I've always hated blood tests though but surprisingly don't have a needle phobia??
I'll probably have to get one somewhere uncomfortable. I can tell I'm going to be an awkward patient :')

Couldn't sleep last night because the police were just outside my house with their lights going until 2:30 >_<
I have no idea what they were there for, but the lights were flashing so much it gave me a headache. It also upset my dog, so that just made things worse.
When it comes down to it, the difference between healing and necromancy is timing.

^ this is why im glad my town keeps detailed police logs of all of the arrests so i can go snoop later. always fun when it's one of your high school classmates!

@Shrub: It's tomorrow and I wanna know how your test went and hopefully the results are what you were hoping for!

my first world problem is everything with that guy i was seeing a bit ago blew up like really bad, totally independent from his friend, just mostly me being a complete idiot, and i sent him a text saying "hey" because i mean REALLY how much worse can it get. plus everywhere i go he's there now. and whenever i scan a room i'm always fearing i'm gonna see him staring at me because he's a big fan of staring at me from afar. i've caught him doing it three times this week. ideal situation is i get no reply so next time i catch him staring at me i can be like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
