I'm going away for a couple of days and I'm thinking about writing a breeding guide, I'm hoping you could help me with that!
I'm going to need information like:
The locations of all the breeding centers in each generation (from generation 3 onwards)
The requirements to reach and use them (like how many gym leaders must be defeated)
Information on the different breeding methods, instructions on how to use them, which generation they first appeared in and how they differ in each generation:
Chain breeding
The Masuda method
Everstone/nature breeding
Dream world ability breeding
IV breeding
Any others I haven't thought of
Where to get the bike in each generation (Is the Acro bike or Mach bike better for hatching in generation 3?)
I'm going to add a section about egg groups, I can get the list of egg groups from Pokedex 3D Pro.
Anything else you think I should add? Let me know!

RSE - Route 117 - 2 Gym badges required
FRLG - Four Island - game completion required
DP(Pt) - Solaceon Town - 2 (3) Gym badges required
HGSS - Route 34 - 2 Gym Badges required
BW - Route 3 - 1 Gym Badge Required
BW2 - Route 3 - Game completion required
XY - Route 7 - 1 Gym badge required
That's all the locations, I think

IV breeding:
- Naturally, pokemon will inherit 3 random IVs from their parents. The other 2 IVs are randomly generated.
- When you give a pokemon a power item (e.g. power anklet, power bracelet), the child will inherit the respective stat that the power item gives bonus EVs for from the parent holding the item. (as of gen IV?)
- As of gen VI, pokemon will inherit 5 random IVs from their parents if either parent is holding the Destiny Knot item
Dream world breeding:
- Pokemon are 75% likely to inherit the ability from the female parent and 25% likely to inherit it from their father

Everstone passing nature was introduced as 50% or 75% iirc in gen IV, then guaranteed as of gen V, and began to work with males.
