I'd say put a Choice Band on it - it gives an Attack boost, just like Curse, but without having to lower your Speed to get it. What ability has it got? If it has Rock Head, moves such as Head Smash can be useful. Aqua Tail will also come in handy on the set, then 2 more attacking moves. I've not got Aggron's moveset in front of me, so can't recommend anything more off the top of my head.

Level it up a bit before determining IVs, or do a Wifi battle with someone and check its stats at Lv. 100. That way, you can be more certain about what the IVs are rather than having "20-31", etc. Its Def and HP IVs might not be as good as you hope.

If you know its IVs, you can work it out from that (e.g. 30/30/30/30/30/30 will give HP Fighting power 70).

Alternatively, use it on a Kecleon and see what type it changes to.

It's super effective!
Kecleon's Colour Change made it Fighting type!

Any status drops suffered by this Pokémon are automatically passed onto the opponent (includes drops caused by Intimidate, etc.).

Resolute

As HP drops to 50%, Def and Sp. Def are raised by one stage. When HP reaches 25%, they increase another stage.

Because it was 'Mr Saxon' that told everyone they were terrorists... then 'Mr Saxon' murdered 1/10 of the human race on live tv... So I imagine nobody trusted him too much after that.

But didn't the Doctor make everyone forget about him decimating the population?

Ugh. I loathe Catherine Tate with every fibre of my being. I suppose on the plus side, unlike the Catherine Tate Show, she (hopefully) won't be writing any Doctor Who. If they wanted a femal comedy actress in the role, why not Jessica Stephenson? She was great in the episodes she was in, and would, IMHO, be better than Tate.
