For reference to anyone still looking at this, here is the Baltimore perception of Ray Rice:

A bunch of parents' kids didn't get into a special camp he was hosting so they emailed him a lot of stuff that were bitter, filled with swear words, etc.  This is how he responded (on facebook but still) and apparently this is not a PR guy who runs the page, it's Rice himself.  (PR guy runs Flacco's page for comparison and it shows).

I know that a lot of people were likely calling for R. Rice's head after this new part of it was released, but this seems excessive. Excuse my ignorance, but Roger Goodell was the one to set these new penalties in place for Domestic Violence (dubbed the Ray Rice rule), yet when the time comes, he completely ignores it. Seems kinda stupid to push for harsher penalties, then when you have to dole them out you completely ignore it. Still, this whole situation was one big mess and I hope everyone learns from this. Including me, who probably said something stupid when not meaning to. I wish the Ravens organization the best of luck this season as they recover from this.

Here's hoping british people will appreciate this too.

That ball went at least 65 yards through the air and it hit the target.

If a(n Association) footballer pulled off a pass like that to send a striker in a 1v1 situation I would be applauding the crap out of it so yeah, I can appreciate that. Takes an incredible amount of skill to get it to land so far and specific like that

Raven, if you have the time to even bother looking for some of Hoyer's throws across his body to Cameron from yesterday, that would be awesome.

I must say that it takes incredible skill to do that, and that's why I like Flacco so much. The only bad thing is we face him twice a year.

Cleveland and Baltimore blew up on Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay respectively. Cleveland winning 31-10 and Baltimore over Tampa 48-17. Flacco threw 5 TD's in 16 minutes for the Ravens while Cleveland keeps Pittsburgh out of the endzone until the last quarter and Cameron has 3 catches, 100+ yards and a TD.

Absolutely nuts.

Edit: Found out that Alex Mack will need leg surgery and could miss the rest of the season. :(

Yeah his passes to Cameron were good (I saw those too), but they weren't 65 yards in the air for a TD good.

^You have me there. If he did that against Cleveland.... *Shudders* Then again, we actually have a secondary.

Alex Mack update: Leg surgery is needed. He's likely out for the season
Armonty Bryant update: Out for the season (knee)
Victor Cruz update: Out for the season (leg I think)
Patrick Willis Update: Out (not sure of time or injury)

Those are the injuries I have heard of, not including the concussion suffered by a Corner for my team. I can't remember his name for the life of me, but man is he good.

Meanwhile, Raven's got everyone healthy, as far as we know. Why are everyone's players dropping faster than (for the lack of a better analogy) fleas in dawn dish soap?

Our LT Eugene Monroe is out for a few weeks, the jury is out on Webb because he may have re-aggravated an injury against the Buccs, Marlon Brown is on and off, Asa Jackson (our #3 corner) is on IR.  Kelechi Osmele, our LG, was out last week due to injury but should be back.

Will Hill comes back from his suspension.  Exciting.

We're running out of D-linemen over here in Cleveland. I think we have 3 injured, including Armonty.

Football fans who were watching SNF, we are witnesses to history.  Peyton Manning is now the all time leader in passing touchdowns.

I honestly knew that last night was the night for him to break the record. Congrats to the big guy.

Yesterday's Cleveland game was a huge disappointment. Without Mack, our O-Line has a huge hole and it shows.

yeah last year the Ravens had by far the worst center in the league and our line was miserable.  I doubt your new center will be as bad as ours was, though.
