^I think this sounds more of a Fairy type move. It'll also be a OHKO that'll actually be usable against Ghost types which can be affected by Sheer Cold. That is the onl;y OHKO move that will affect them.

So I think this is actually a pretty good idea I've got going here, lets see:
Piercing Arrow
Steel
Physical
60 BP
This attack ignores (effectively reduces by for this move only) 20% of the opponent's defense stat.

Psypierce
Psychic
Special
60 BP
This attack ignores 20% of the opponent's special defense stat.

Obviously, the exact percentage would need to be reworked a lot; I didn't really look into how big of an impact these moves make. But what do you think?

What do I think, Hahex? I think it's unique. I always try to post moves with some creativity in them. I like to see those kinds of moves from others, too. I just think you need to work on the name a little, something more catchy than "Psypierce".

Description: The user draws fire from a burning appliance and strikes the foe. It may also paralyze the target.
