Hello friends! So as we've probably all seen the first trailer for gen 8 dropped today.... which means starters have been revealed!
Thoughts?
I like the little fire bunny. His evolutions are gonna be footballer themed, I can just feel it...

Not had a good thread like this for a while, so... what version did you get and where are you now?
Blue version as I had a Red and Yellow back in the day and fancied a change...
Current team:
Bulbasaur (S) level 11
Butterfree (Flora) level 10
Rattata (Roland) level 10
Meant to name my Bulbasaur "Sprout" but screwed up and couldn't be bothered restarting so S it is. I'll change it when I get to the Name Rater... maybe. Just about to take on Brock! Spent a while levelling up Butterfree because for some reason I thought it learned Confusion upon evolving but apparently it's at level 12 instead. I might spend a bit longer levelling up since it's only another two levels. It'll be interesting to see how I get on with Blue all these years later rather than blindly fumbling through Red as a n00b all those years ago! Already the Viridian Forest was easier than I recall since I just switched Bulbasaur to hoover up all those Poison Stings.
Provisionally planning my team to be Venusaur, Cloyster, Clefable, Rhydon, Jynx and an as yet undecided Fire type (maybe Magmar) but it'll no doubt end up completely different.

 So according to The Internet, these are the new formes for Zygarde! A few confusing reports doing the rounds, but I *think* that the Zygarde we currently know is now "Zygarde 50%", the dog looking thing is "Zygarde 10%", the wee blobby thing is "Zygarde Core" and the wee flat one is "Zygarde Cell", and that super amazing fabulous Mega Zord looking beauty is "Zygarde Perfect Forme", which is confirmed to keep the Dragon/Ground typing. Love it. LOVE IT!!!! (the red and blue bits... something to do with Xerneas/Yveltal perhaps?) ALSO!!! A the next season on the anime is reported to be call XY&Z, so if true that's Pokemon Z pretty much confirmed I should think. Also, if you'll notice, Greninja has had a makeover as well... but what could it be?

Uuuh so I was in Glasgow on Monday and had my streepass on in the hopes that I'd pick up an Eon Ticket, which I apparently did, according to my notifications! But when I went to the pokemon center to get it, the Delivery Girl wasn't there! :/ I looked around online to see if I'd done something wrong and some websites say you have to have been playing for an hour or so before she'll show (done) talk to Norman (done) or have beaten the E4/ have the National Dex, both of which I have also done. The only thing I can think of is that I screwed up somewhere by not saving my game after I'd checked my notifications, since I was still out at the time and just had a quick look to check if I'd found it or not.
Does anyone else have any other ideas, or am I just going to have to take my DS everywhere and hope for the best?

Most of this can probably be taken with a large dose of salt but rumours are always fun... The demo is coming to America
Mega Lunatone and Solrock with feature in the demo, and you receive one Megastone depending on the demo you get
Mega Flygon and Jirachi are programmed in
There are lots more megas that the leaker can not confirm just yet as they don’t know 100%
New Trick House is amazing
Mega Milotic is a high-chance, with Water/Fairy and increased SpDef
Shiftry, Ludicolo, Butterfree, Zangoose, Seviper, some more gen 5, Raticate, Torkoal, Slaking, Exploud, Tropius, Azumarill, Ninetales and Mightyena were all talked about as possible Megas sometime during development and may be in
Luxray, Arcanine, Farfetch’d, Dragonite, Eelekross, Luvdisc, Linoone, Cincinno, Steelix, Raichu, Politoed, Gliscor, Weavile, Rotom, Bisharp and Walrein Megas have not been really discussed that the leaker has heard of
Items (including Lunatone/Solrock megastone) will transfer to ORAS from Demo
Johto starters back, but some people say they have megas and some don’t
Character customization back in Pokecentres. Pokecentre in CoroCoro was the Elite Four one possibly.

More diverse encounters, so more like XY variety

   I doubt anyone will be really surprised to see these dudes getting Mega Evos, but I'm still excited cuz I love Camerupt. Even if the Mega does kind of look like a rejected Gastrodon form. And check out Wally's cool new look!!! I'm guessing the Ralts you help him catch at the start of the game is now a Gallade rather than a Gardevoir!
