I was always interested in reading about Machiavelli, even before I realised that Tupac went with the name Makaveli because of him. Might look out for some stuff about him.

I'm currently reading a lot of my books, mainly business for coursework and PE for revision. It just gets so repetitive and boring =/.

The Book of Nothing.
It is about nothingness and zero. Its quite interesting to me although I don't know how many people like these sort of armchair scientist books.

^ ooh, I've seen John Barrow's books and thought they looked interesting, particularly the one about impossibility. Would you recommend the one you're reading?

speaking of armchair science, I'm reading Bad Science by Ben Goldacre atm after my biology teacher recommended it to me. I'm only a couple of chapters in but it's really good so far, and very eye-opening. I love a book that makes me think <3

I'm currently reading Hamlet by William Shakespeare.

To be or not to be, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing, end them.

The Thin Executioner - Darren Shan.

I must say I'm disappointed that this is only a one off and not part of a series, because it is brilliant.

Well did she make you cry? Make you break down?
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now? Do you know how
To pick up the pieces and go home?

Would you recommend the one you're reading?
Yes...maybe. I've got exams and a research proposal coming up sooner than I thought so I stopped reading about 20 pages in, about 5 minutes before that post!

One book I definitely recommend is Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything. I just love his style of writing.  ^.^

^ xD oh dear. See I probably should follow your example and knuckle down to some proper revision, but.. nahhh P: I'll seek out the Bill Bryson book though for sure! I've been meaning to read that for a while.

I have many books I'm free to read at the moment, from the Wind on Fire Trilogy by William Nicholson to American Gods by Neil Gaiman. I even have the Twilight series to reread (but it's too boring Dx) or Chinese Cinderella. Or if I need mental stimulation, I've got As A Man Thinketh and The Path of Prospertity by James Allen.

But what do I choose to read?
McFly lyrics. <3

"i hope you get niall bursting out of a tower cake singing "happy birthday mr president" and he's wearing a "miss america 2013" sash while giving you a 3 hour lapdance"

Redwall. I'm trying to make through it (again). there's a bad word here and there, and its just a little violent.

currently reading Heart Shaped Box. it's a fantastic thriller with loads of plot twists and characters you can really feel for. Marybeth for the win!

Just finshed reading The liar by Stephen Fry. if you ever see this book then get it (it's about £3 in HMV at the moment). you won't be disappointed! it's full of wit, quick quips and over all hilariousness xD
