Dragoncat art thread
« on: March 18, 2014, 21:42 »
So, hope no one minds if I make a new thread to post some of my art. I hope this is okay. Oh, and critiques and requests are always welcome.

So, here's a half finished Giratina drawing to start (half because of backgrounds)

(on a side note, guess who can't figure out how to add an image to a post without uploading elsewhere first. If you guessed me, you're right and also good at figuring out the obvious. Help?)

uploading elsewhere is the only way I know to do it. Nice picture though.

I actually use both. I drew it by hand then scanned it to color. And thanks! I'll definitely make more, once I figure out what to make, haha ^^; And thanks again =^^=

Ah, okay, so I'm not as technologically impaired as I thought, good to know, haha. And thanks!

I never understood and still can't understand how people develop the ability to draw this well. You artists truly are talented.

Um...... wow. Just wow. I can't draw for toffee (did I say that right?), so I settle for looking at everyone else's. This is the best giratina drawing i've seen someone do. Great job.

I just noticed that no one had requested here yet so if you aren't busy then I guess you won't mind me requesting something. Hows about a Blitzle eating some grass... idk

love your artwork, have fun with this :-)

Hey, remember this from over a month ago? Well, it's late, but I did it.

I can not draw grass. This is the first time I drew grass like that and I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm also not that great with drawing animals like Blitzle, but I'm pretty happy with this. Hope you like it!

Oh, so, usually I sketch out my drawing on paper then scan them in and work from there, but this time my scanner was being a butt and wouldn't scan anything. I tried to take a picture of it with my camera, but the battery was dead and I couldn't find the adapter for the mini SD card. So, I ended up taking a picture with my 3DS. It worked perfectly. So, in short, my 3DS is more reliable then my scanner and my camera.

How complicated are you willing to do? I've got an idea in mind, but i don't want to put too much on you...

Depends, really, though I always enjoy a challenge and I have done more complicated drawings then what I've shown here. Though it may take a while, especially with exams (or it may be done relatively quickly because of procrastination).

Are you willing to do Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion taking in a (or the? Still not sure how that works) baby Keldeo?

That sounds adorable, I'd love to try it. Will probably take a while though.

(still haven't finished that request... Turns out, I really suck at drawing equine-like pokemon...)

So, I was drawing this Gardevoir for the "favorite pokemon by type" meme, but then I realized Gardevoir was not my favorite psychic type, but the sketch was already finished, so I figured I may as well finish it.

Here, Alice, this is for you.
