Guinoberg
A city in the northern tundra of the pokemon world, the inhabitants live in igloos, and the main pokemon in the area are Piplup evolution lines. As these are the Penguin pokemon, the iceberg the town was built on was named Guino, and the town named itself Guinoberg.

Delloss City.
This city is well known for it's structure, facilities (Such as a coliseum, hospital, gym and much more), and the pure, sparkling river that runs across it. It's the ideal place for tourists.
However, this isn't all there is to the city. On the very edge of the city, hidden by the modern structures, is a forest, one which people will always warn you not to go near. But within this forest, is another town, sharing the same name as the city that surrounds it. This town is what Delloss used to be, before it became what it is today.
Oh yeah, and did I tell you there's a beach here?

Chanmol City
A small, wooded city much like Laverre City. Chansey roam free in this town, and will ocasionally challenge the player to battle. It has a Normal-type gym in the center, surrounded by Chansey.

Kingdra Falls- A tropical island town that is known for its Kingdra shaped island and huge waterfall that flows done an extinct volcano. Has a Water and Normal type Gym and the identity of the Gym Leader will surprise you! Having trouble finding her (the Leader)? Try the Pokemon Center!

Hoville Town
A very quiet town that feels abandoned. While a scorching sun stretches its rays and sprawls out on the town, the people are out cold, sleeping in a saloon. The people in Hoville sleep for most of the day. This town is a quiet, Wild West setting where a duel could take place. Most of the rustic buildings in Hoville have "batwing" doors.

Here is the list of Gildor Region towns/cities in the League Masters series I am making.
Isen Town
A small seaside town that is famous for Professor Aspen's Research Center, where most Pokemon trainers recieve their first Pokemon.
Kinleaf Town
Built in a clearing in the large Kinleaf Forest, this town is famous for its herbal shop, agricultural college, and its Pokemon gym, ran by the Poison gym leader, Jade. Trainers taking the League Challenge first test their skill in Jade's gym and those that pass recieve the Hazard Badge. Kinleaf Town is located north of Isen Town, past Route 1 and Kinleaf Forest's South Path.
Rogueport
Located far south of Isen Town is Rogueport, the largest seaside harbor in the Gildor Region. Many trainers from other regions enter the Gildor from the Harbor. As such, the League Masters Association is based here and offers services to trainers from all regions. Also, there is a gym here, led by the fighting specialist Kenji. To the east of Rogueport is the Gildor Desert area and Volterra City.
Glastron City
This icy city is a boat ride from Rogueport and is located on Island 3 of Glastron Island. There isn't much to do in Glastron other than to catch exotic Pokemon. However, there is a League Master named Krystal who runs the ice gym here. Krystal originally came from Johto and settled here to become the gym leader.
Embren City
Another boat trip from Glastron's Harbor is the volcanic island of Embren. It is here that Ethan, Krystal's brother, runs the fire gym with his star Typhlosion. Apart from the gym, you can visit the mountainous northern part of the island or swim in the warm waters heated by geothermal energy.

Chiúin Vale
A small meadow village in the middle of Bás forest. The populace is entirely ninjas, and it is home to Battle Pagoda, at the top of which is Taka, the sacred move tutor. He teaches you one of his special moves every time you beat him, but only some can learn his moves. His team are all perfectly trained and bred, and consist of Shedinja, Bisharp, Kabutops, Greninja, Gallade, and Mawile (Mega). The town also has a store that sells some types of berries, as well as a man who trades a Phione for your Magikarp.
