I didn't hit my predicted lifts but I went on and had the best workout in a long time since it pushed me to try harder and to try something else. It was a really good session, anyway. Actually worked about three times as hard as I've ever done before. Pushed myself until the bar was a challenge to lift, made me feel like a noob again and got that humble pie as I struggled to bench 40kg for my last rep. It was nice.

At least Wales are nowhere near England in the rugby atm which is more important (generally speaking ofc) for the Welsh

I made it to LA omg
I'm in my fancy hotel room feeling entirely not posh enough but while in Rome I suppose. I'm shattered though it's like 00.45 or something at home but only the back of 5 here. I think I'm just going to for a nap and then maybe go for a wander afterwards hmm.

I've just rediscovered The Milk on YouTube and I'm honestly creased right now. There's also a band with the same name but they're not as funny.

On the spiney thing in Taco Bell that they have where you drop a coin and try to get it down the ledges for free food, I randomly dropped a quarter in, it bounced off the second ledge to the bottom, almost fell off the winning ledge right below and did a reverse slide back onto the ledge.

Also figured out the perfect way to explain what us 'Muricans do on our religious holiday in July.

Blaze once you get to be at that sad teenage age where hanging out at fast food restaurants is technically a hobby you'll get IIIINSANE at that game. I would just win 25 cent bean burritos and churros for everyone i took to taco bell with that glorious charity game. the managers would get upset with me but they were just jealous of my mad skills
