Description: Flappy wears a long green coat, with blue jeans underneath. He is about 4 foot 10. His hair is very dark brown (Many mistake it for black) and is spiked at the front. He is quite tall but also a bit fat.

Personality: Flappy is quite a pessimist. He always seem sad. He also enjoys riding seaborn Pokémon. He is very emotional and prefers when he is with his friends.

History: His family history isn't too happy. His grandparents have all died, and his parents both have terminal illnesses. He is an only child. He was born in Sinnoh, but his family moved to Hoenn shortly after he got his first Pokémon, Piplup.
