Not if it gets you more OHKOs. Stuff like Starmie, Empoleon, Vaporeon, even Suicune and Lanturn may prefer to run Hydro Pump for the extra damage, and they can all take a hit so missing isn't a huge issue.
Timid Eevee is decent, what egg moves did you pass? the standard Wish/Baton Pass/Charm from Smeargle?
The Timid one lacked Wish if I recall, he was from a few months ago for a SpecsJolteon.

ooh that set would be lovely for a Specs Vappy. And I'd go with Hydro Pump for the gimmicky nature of the set xD
...or you may just want to go with a rubbish wish passer that's slightly stronger in Special Attack =3
I was thinking SpecsVappy, but Hydro Pump/Surf/Ice Beam/HP Dragon (it's a 70 at least...) isn't doing it for me. A strong-but-bulky WishPasser actually isn't a bad idea, now that I think about it. Also another fail from a few months ago: 31/6/31/31/31/31 Timid Eevee Not a complete fail I guess for Espeon fans, would work on a few Espeon sets that don't use Hidden Power.

31/31/30/31/31/31 Modest Eevee Whoa... what on earth? Boxed it though I dunno what it'd be good for. Also, how important would outspeeding Scizor even be? What's Vaporeon doing to it? Hoping for a 3HKO?

A person I know started a fight with me and after being the one who started it (I merely defended myself) he plays the victim so that he'll look good in public. Little does he know that I have proof it was his fault...

Does Speed matter much for Vaporeon?

Turtwig, cause Torterra can take down Volkner in 6 moves.
Have fun with Candice. Never again do I want to go through that gym with Torterra...

Lagging computer likes to lag.
I literally spent three whole minutes waiting for a lag to subside for my other post in the parenting topic.
Argh...
Assuming nothing unusual like a game is running, run a virus scan. This sounds a lot like a memory leak (a program using more memory than it needs to, or, a virus/trojan eating up a lot of memory), something my PC suffers too often. If it turns up nothing, all I can say is cut down on windows/tabs open.

Trying for a Forretress:
31/28/31/31/31/0 Relaxed (I actually like this one, but I don't know if taking 12 Def EVs away and putting it in Attack will significantly hurt his walling potential) 31/30/31/4/31/12 Relaxed 31/31/30/25/31/7 Relaxed 31/31/31/12/29/6 Relaxed 31/29/31/3/31/4 Relaxed 31/24/31/11/31/2 Relaxed 31/31/31/19/24/2 Relaxed 31/31/30/11/31/13 Relaxed 31/31/31/6/31/7 Relaxed

That's really nice of you to donate and stuff, but.. I think the 'changing your picture to a cartoon character and thus, money will be donated' is really awesome. It doesn't matter how a charity gets the money, be it from a facebook trend, or someone physically handing them money.. a donation's a donation, and that's all that matters.
What's annoying me now is that I cannot find my camera charger.. I'm visiting a lot of nice places next week.. I have to take pictures! :/
I highly doubt Facebook is donating anything to anything. Then again, I hate all blogging sites equally, no difference between them.

Feeling really crap and there's one person in particular I really want to go get a hug off, but he's hurt his back and needs to be resting so I don't want to bother him ^^; eh.
I'm just giving advice - this goes for both genders, never treat someone like they're sick or hurt (though don't act heartless and be like "oh stop whining", what I'm saying is don't baby them because they are sick, or treat them like they can't do as much, basically, don't bring attention to it). It just makes them feel worse.

During the times of smallpox, one way of ensuring you didn't get it was to infect yourself with cowpox (: Cowpox? That's one I've never heard of. I assume it's similar?

A human's small intestine is roughly 20.7 feet feet long at adult size. Likewise, the large intestine is 4.9 feet long at adult size.
Why is the small one the one that's longer?

I love game shows. Most of what I listen to is from the 90s or before.
