Suggestion, put sewaddle on all 4 legs, then resize jigglypuff to fit the bug

You can't make Jigglypuff ride Sewaddle like a horse? That is what I had in mind. I'm sorry if I'm demanding a lot but I just think a Cowboy Jigglypuff riding a Sewaddle like a horse would be hilarious!
