I paid for 24 Penguin bars I expect 24 penguin jokes not

"What do penguins wear to the beach? A beak-ini" and other such nonsense like four times.

Write more jokes. Damnnittt

Also joined Tinder for the bants and I've got a match and he's really cute and we've been talking for a couple of days and he's on my course but he's like 22? He might move home when he finishes Uni and it would be awful cos he lives in Sussex and it's so far away.

I submitted my assignment and the originality report flagged up 8% of my work. Like 6% was one of my references in my reference list (ikr) and the last 2% was a random sentence. It's not my fault that the dictionary that I used is popular but that one sentence was strange since I wrote that from the top of my head.

Typically, 1 - 10% is expected, especially if you're quoting publications and the like. I've asked many teachers/professors and they say they only really care when the report spits out numbers higher than around 30%.

That's great to know! There were people saying how they had 30% and stuff which must have meant a boat-load of references or they just qouted paragraphs from textbooks :0

my Really Close Friend i guess my fwb u would call it has been absent recently bc theyve been busy with theatre productions and i dont midn them being busy but theyre like... always talking about their girlfriends and crushes and stuff and i know they dont date ppl but im still like...
idk im a jealous possessive child with abandonment issues so seeing that makes me feel like im being pushed aside for Shiny New Friends that they can actually hang out with and im pretending to be so happy for them but in reality im like

idk how to tell them this tho idk how to make it obvious i want their attention again. people being needy and clingy disgusts me so i dont want to resort to it myself but the truth is i feel clingy and i feel needy.

the christians gave me
comic books as if i would
be scared of burning in hell
while i was already there

  • Neck hurts
  • Can't turn my head
  • An hour lecture at 5pm
  • Motivation is 0 atm

I might just stay home and write up my lecture notes. I also had to email an old lecturer from college to ask if I can put them down as a reference for this volunteering thing.

Friday should be the day when you can meet your friends, get food, and start drinking. Friday is the day when I leave at 3, come home at 7, have food at 7:30, a bath at 8, and bed at 9. It completely kills the day.

Being called up at 9am to ask if I was coming in for a megastock the managers failed to tell me about, then being constantly called up for questions about said stock whilst I am in bed is not my idea of a morning off.

Might go drinking with the lads tomorrow night and one of them suggested absinthe shots even though he couldn't drink his when I bought the round and they were £5 each... like, fam, I'm not spending money for you to choke halfway through a shot because you're a lightweight who can only handle two Budweisers.

unrequited crushes are the worst
i dont mean i have a crush i mean someone has a crush on me and its awful
i want to avoid them at all costs bc knowing they like me like that makes me feel sick
whyd they have to tell me. they know i hate that sort of stuff.
