my dad is a real jerk when i tell him my plans that involve me growing up but he gets so passive aggressive and rude when i dont tell him and i wanna move out and im gonna move out but i know he is gonna be rude and just remind me im stupid for thinking i can ever be my own person. i kinda have to tell him tho since i uh live with him

ironically the reason i wanna move out is bc of his attitude problem too

grown-ass man cant get real about his feelings so he gotta slam doors and wash dishes all tense so i eventually break down and apologise like damn grow up youre 50

the christians gave me
comic books as if i would
be scared of burning in hell
while i was already there

The only reason I got Pokemon Diamond was because I sold a lot of my games for cash! That's how little money I get!

I feel like this applies here.

My friend and I were slated to fight in this round of our draft league but the replay is due tomorrow, he hasn't even started teambuilding, and I won't have computer access tomorrow. Even worse, i'll probably be kicked out of the league for the season because I already missed a game (because of being too busy to get on).

Even worse: I ran out of dark chocolate.

I have to be 18 to get a job, don't I? And who the hell would want me working for them?

16 to get most retail based jobs or if you're younger than that you could look at becoming a paperboy

There's a song I'd like to know the name of, but I haven't got a clue what it is! And I think I asked about here before with no luck! :(

So met up with a friend yesterday that I hadn't seen in so long before heading back to London and we got on so well again and you know when you just want to immediately see someone every day sort of thing? Like we only had an hour too because we were both so busy but its just a shame I won't see them till mid-June now :(

I think legally speaking you can get most jobs here at 16, but most common is like serving / dishwasher / supermarket person. Supermarkets are especially common because outside of London they're pretty easy to get jobs at w/o experience, and they like that they can pay under-18s less (although, some of them don't underpay, I know Sainsbury's don't after 6 months). Servings less favourable here than in America tho because tips aren't anywhere near standard. Ik when my sister worked in Epcot she could make upwards of $300 a day purely in tips, here that's basically unheard of outside of like rich boroughs of London lmao.

Servers in America get a really rubbish wage allegedly so you kinda have to tip them

The character I wanted to get in an earlier post? They're on this weeks free rotation! The only problem is, I haven't been on that game at all this week until today, and it's going to change in around two days and I don't know if I'll have time to test out whether or not I can actually play well using her

I hate Creepers so much! They keep blowing up my house! On a superflat world! In survival! Also the world is swarming with Slimes! >_<

Why did I think creating a superflat world in hard survival mode was a good idea?

90% of my time: Fighting Slimes
5% of my time: Building stuff
4% of my time: Avoiding Slimes
1% of my time: Stealing materials from villages

I've built a pit outside the front of my house that slimes (and stupid passive mobs) fall into, but I'm going to build it all round my house.

Je ne peux pas parler français. Oh, wait. I just did!
I have to be honest, I cheated and used Google to do that.

I wish I could speak French fluently. I could play my games in French a lot easier, and get everyone some foreign Pokemon for the Masuda method.

I've tried to do the Masuda method myself, by getting foreign Pokemon from my own games. I haven't been able to get a single shiny with the Masuda method, but I have found a few in the wild before.
