Apologies for this not being posted earlier, there was some confusion as to who would post an announcement about this.

Following discussions with the member council, the 3+ rule has been changed to instead limit content allowed to PG guidelines, as defined by the BBFC (http://bbfc.co.uk/), currently found here (http://bbfc.co.uk/downloads/pub/Guidelines/BBFC%20Classification%20Guidelines%202009.pdf) (PDF link)

Looking through the rules there and disappointed to see that horror/frightening sequences should not be prolonged or intense.

There goes my idea for a prolonged intense horror post...oh well.

But yea it is weird to think of it as a 7+ site now lol.
