Topic: New Pokemon Types!

I have been thinking lately... What if they made a crystal type... Pokemon like Diancie carbink and more would get that typing... So that's what type I want to see what type do you want to see?

Rock is already fine as it is for both Diancie and Carbink. Diamonds and gemstones seem to fit in with that idea, really. I could go on about carbon and such but nope :I

Light typing.

Strong against Dark (which it's immune to), Ghost, and Fairy, weak against Normal. Can't hurt Psychic types.

Trouble is, Dark is actually "Evil type" in Japan, and fighting is "Hero type", so dark isn't really to be taken literally.

That said, I wouldn't object to a light type, so long as grass resists it (photosynthesis) and ice is immune (transparent), just because both types need a boost.

Light and Dark are opposites. That means Light and Dark are super effective against each other. Grass resists it, Ice is immune to it. Also, a Plate for this would be called the Glow Plate. And, the item for boosting Light type moves is the Mystery Spark. The Berry for resisting super effective Light type moves is the pomegranate-looking Quigon Berry. Some candidates for Light Type Pokemon include a light bulb who's part Electric, a Legendary who's an angel, and a glowing grub thing who's part Bug. Pokemon retyped to this include the fireflies of Hoenn, Manaphy, and some others. A Light Type Eeveelution would evolve as such with maximum EV training points and at least 2/5 of the Affection meter filled on Amie.
