Title: UEPC: The election that matters
Post by: Typhlosion on May 06, 2010, 17:39
Apparently there's some sort of other election going on today, but I'm not too sure what it's about. Can't be too important, whatever it is.

Anyway, I've been asked to let you all know about the UEPC election for the Council of Representatives. There's two english candidates, and neither are David Cameron or Gordon Brown, so there might well be somebody you fancy voting for.

There's an official announcement here (http://www.uepc.eu/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=717&p=4560) and you can actually cross a box (or the internet equivalent) here (http://www.uepc.eu/viewtopic.php?f=445&t=776).

Happy days.

Quote
The Council of Representatives will, when elected, collectively be given the following competences:
-The ability to consider and dismiss a Moderator in cases of serious misconducts.

LOL you wouldn't believe it's a pokemon forum by the way they treat it. Internet is serious business and all that.

ohai. I'm a candidate for election, and although it's no big deal, I'd rather like it if you elected me. My policies are reasonable: you can read them there if you wish. Thanks for any support :)

Come on, how can you honestly create a forum aimed at kids and adults who play a simple video game (aimed at children) and then treat it this seriously? They're pathetic control freaks who take the only power they have in their lives and blow it completely out of proportion. Seems to me like they care more about being a union than the actual game itself.

And the newly written above post only proves my point further lmao
