Fixed. Such an incredible concept album. I guess they had to give Macklemore something though.

Daft Punk was always going to win the big one. It was a very good commercial album with a few huge singles and still hit an indie market. It's the sort of thing Grammys love.

Because of that, Grammys couldn't afford to not give Macklemore (& Ryan Lewis :P) nothing because of the pop backlash, sacrificing Hip Hop credibility (which Grammys always seems to do).

Kendrick had the performance of the night though which made up for it =]

Nation is such a powerful album with songs that speak true twenty years after being released. State of the World mentions many problems still occurring to this day and the final monologue spoke the truth that everyone is the same and only the knowledge each of us has can seperate ourselves from the rest of the world. Plus Miss You Much, Escapade, Black Cat, Love Will Never Do (Without You), and Rhythm Nation are awesome songs!

Oh man, it's a solid album. I'd say the hype that Three Hammers got was pretty well deserved now, whilst Symphony of the Night / The Game / Defenders / Ring of Fire / Tomorrow's Kings are definitely very good songs. No More / City of Gold / Extraction Zone are...okay, but not the best.

I've been sort of dabbling in and out of it pretty much throughout the day every day for the past week, can't get enough of 'em. :(

I've only really started listening to SOHN recently too after I heard the wheel on XFM a month or so back on one of those weird late night programme thingies.

A good step from the first album, definitely would go back to this one more. Still has a few "what" moments but they're better done too imo

AC/DC - Rock Or Bust

Feels much like Black Ice in my opinion, but I've heard a few AC/DC fans say they don't like that album, so I suppose this one is in that boat as well for them. I enjoyed it greatly though. Next up; entire score from Doctor Who (reboot).

I quite enjoyed Age of Adz, haven't got round to Enjoy Your Rabbit yet though, still got Carrie & Lowell to go through too

enjoy your rabbit is kind of noisy, and the first song or two may be offputting but really you'll quickly realize that it's a masterpiece
age of adz was alright, a couple of songs were just a little boring in my opinion. i liked the direction he was moving in sonically, though, and i hope he continues it in subsequent albums
