That's not fair at all, when I was in secondary school there was a RULE against giving homework for the next day as the students 'had to be given a chance to talk to teachers about problems that they have encountered whilst attempting the homework' Giving a homework to be in for a Monday on a Friday was counted as giving an overnight homework as well.

Our school has that rule too, but no teachers follow it =/
