Just what the title says. Any power, Can be OverPowered or UnderPowered, good or evil, Science-created or magcal.

You'd have some sort of Dr Jeykll and Mr Hyde style thing, where you'd turn into someone insanely powerful or evil. That, or think Hollow Ichigo from Bleach.
