Hi! It's me yet again with another tourney! I'm reviving the idea and
stealing it from reviving it for Richard!
Rules:
Sleep clause- No more than one pokemon on the opponent's team may be asleep at a time.
Evasion clause- Evasion raising moves, abilities and items are banned.
Freeze clause- No more than one pokemon on the opponent's team may be frozen at a time. Enacted without warning
Pokemon clause- No two of the same pokemon on one team. Alternate forms included
Weather clause- No weather changing moves or abilities are allowed
Semi Monotype- One pokemon of each team may be not of your type chosen. All the rest must be at least part of that type.
Mega Evolving Clause- One mega evolution per team.
(Any rules I miss?)
This is on pokemon showdown, a battle simulator hosted by Smogon. The matches are best 2 of 3.
Banned pokemon:
Uber Pokemon (Here's a list from gen 5, but they carry over into this tourney, due to no gen 6 list.):

-
Alright, you're in.
-
I'll try this - monotype is always fun xD
I'll go with Fairy, seen as though it's the new type.
Actually - I feel like more of a variety (kinda realised fairy has like 7 viable things >_>) I'll go with Grass
-
Steel type please. Ah it's taken.
Flying type please.
-
Excadrill doesn't really need to be banned. It's not banned or even broken in gen 6, and you've removed weather, so it's even less broken in this tourney than it could be in any regular match you'd play. Same deal for Tornadus. A lot of the previous gen Pokemon aren't banned this gen, so playing by gen 5's banlist is a bit silly. Also, Zygarde isn't banned; it's worse than Garchomp in every way except getting odd things like ExtremeSpeed that still don't justify using it over Garchomp.
That said, I'll take Psychic.
Edit: Also, are these best 2/3? When are we allowed to change our teams, if at all? In my opinion, it'd be preferable keeping the same teams for each 2/3 against the same opponent, with the option to change the wildcard after that set of 2/3 is over.

Could I take the flying type please!

Could I take the flying type please!
I hit it first. ;)
-
Oh whoops =S I'll take ghost then.
-
@Rich, I'll fix that. And yes 2 of 3. I also know why you chose psychic, or have an idea of it.
I'll insert you all in there.
-
I think I'll take Electric (and pray to god that no one else picks ground otherwise it's over before it starts)
-
Could I take dragon type please?
-
Ok, in and in!
One more day for signups.
-
Can you leave it open a bit longer, Blaze? I won't be available at all over new year
-
Ok. Signups are staying open until about Saturday. Then the startups will be a couple of days after.
