Neither can I.

Maybe we were destined to date each other.

My timetable is a mess and I'm going to have to colour-code it. I'll probably end up laminating it too because it'll be rainy for the next couple of months and I'd rather my timetable last the semester.

I'm also trying to figure out how I'm going to tell my lecturer that the lecture she moved to avoid clashes has caused a clash with a meeting that I have to attend.

Fair enough.

I have trouble finding a date because of multiple reasons:
I have a disability. People look at me and think I'm stupid because of it.
Most people I know are female. I'm not gay.
Lots of my friends have learning disabilities. They aren't inteligent enough for me to have decent conversations with them.
We have no common interests, except for art.

So I feel like I might have actual depression (which I'm not going into, but I don't mean just sad), and probably have had it on and off for a good while now but like the first world problem bit of its that I never want to say anything to anyone because I feel like everyone thinks mental health is just the new social media trend and I just don't want this label. Like idk I've just been sort of powering through but recently I just don't know how long I can do that for.

You have my sympathies, I hate that feeling of uncertainty too. I don't wish it on anyone... but now I can't help but wonder if I've been too "busy" towards others, myself.

Yeah I feel that, like I've certainly at least overexaggerated how busy I've been before because I can't deal with someone at that moment. But like, I don't get why people do it if they're not wanting to talk at all like just say and don't waste either of our times lmao.

I'm also trying to figure out how I'm going to tell my lecturer that the lecture she moved to avoid clashes has caused a clash with a meeting that I have to attend.

This is where I'd find something else to email about and then add it as like a btw/ps type thing?

Mental health is nothing to sneeze at, trust me on this one. If you have insurance and it covers seeing someone for that, do go see someone. I'm having an intake appointment for my anxiety tuesday so maybe not in the same boat there but I can feel your pain a little bit.

Monday is staring me down.... .-.

Finally got to ordering a new phone so on Monday I'll be able to use my phone for more than 10 mins at a time

It got sent to a wrong address at the other end of the country for no apparent reason and at this wrong address no one was in so it got left with a neighbour at "number 24" but that does not help because I don't even know what town it is in never mind street.

Thanks DPD, keep up the stellar work

I'm in my Player Owned Port on Runescape, and I've discovered it is possible to name a ship The Twilight Sparkle, but I can't name one The Rainbow Dash. You can name ships with a selection of preset words, but you can't completely make your own names up.

I can have The Rainbow Dasher, but it doesn't have the same effect.

Thanks to certain internet providers being insanely terrible, I have no wifi in my house for 3 to 5 business days. Which is fine, ill just spend my time editing my book and, no wait, all my files are online so I cant access them. So uh, guess ill just sit here and slowly go insane as I waste all my phones data looking at twitter. Yaaaay.

freshers flu descended upon the city n its knocking on the door of my body forever and ever and my body finally went "eeyyyyyyy alright yer a good un" and let it in. sigh. at least i can get it over and done with now instead of that scrhodingers dangling ding-dong nonsense that happens when you think you're getting it but its noooooot quite there yet

So I feel like I might have actual depression (which I'm not going into, but I don't mean just sad), and probably have had it on and off for a good while now but like the first world problem bit of its that I never want to say anything to anyone because I feel like everyone thinks mental health is just the new social media trend and I just don't want this label. i wrote up a big dumb post and lost it but if you even so much as suspect it i implore you to go to the doctor BEFORE it takes your uni career with it cos it will if you let it go long and strong enough. thats some scary motivation for u.

IANAD as they say but you mentioned being "in and out of it" which i have some investment in, how long do the ok periods last, and when you are "out" of the depression how do you tend to be. meh, ok, good, or over the top kinda hyper-y?

your uni if its anywhere near competent should also offer counselling services and if its up for grabs you should deffo take it.

^ Just to reiterate the above, I was dealing with on and off depression since I was 15 and I imploded around Uni second and third year which left me without a degree and having to restart my life. It set me back 3 and a half years of my life which could have been salvaged by actually getting help and speaking to people about it.
