Everyone's come across a glitch at some point, whether it's a one off or happens every time you play a bit. What recent ones have you seen and what are your favourites?
This morning I was playing assassins creed revelations and I went to throw the heavy axe at one of the least armored types of guard. Instead of hitting him, it bounces of him and disappears behind a building. The guard did nothing. He just kept looking the other way. Normally it can take out any guard.

I was watching my friend play Uncharted 3, and when he reached the point in the desert that the guys on the horses were supposed to save him, nothing happened. The guys didn't come, but he could still walk around the area, an area that was only supposed to be available on horse-back. It didn't matter given he'd already completed the game, but it was still pretty cool.

Before it got fixed, the Wuhu Mountain Loop glitch on Mario kart 7. I guess WIL would also count but it's pretty towards the end so it doesn't really matter imo.

There was this one of Borderlands 2 where if you were gunzerking, aslong as the weapon in your left hand dealt the same elemental damage as the one in your right hand the damage would carry over.
Rocket launchers deal explosive damage, and I had a burst fire assault rifle that dealt explosive damage, it was something like 10,000 per individual hit and it shot bursts of 3, so yeah... 30,000 damage all around.

on skyrim my game would completely just freeze up and my laptop exploded. that was hilarious.

Assassins creed 3 is very glitchy. Connor got his head stuck in a tree and suddenly just bounced up into the air, just the right distance to desynchronize when he landed.

The swingset glitch on GTAIV will always be classic

My brother's copy of F1 2009 was fantastic.
It glitched intermittently until one day the whole thing decided it was time to go bonkers and every time you tried to race from then on your car was upside down, on the track, driving
as in, the floor was still in the same place and so were the other cars but yours was cruising on tails up.

I found that in some areas of the DS version of Lego Batman, you'll go through the wall and fall your death or even through the floor.

In LBP2, if you lag the game up so much (I did it by making a creatinator that spawned 100 sackbots per emission with 1 emission per 0.0 seconds) it will kinda delete the floor, but it's still their. It sorta... De-physicalises it? But everything falls through the floor and a second later it all comes flying up into the air. It's a really weird glitch but quite cool xD

Another odd glitch I found was in LoZ: OoT 3D during the Water Temple boss fight. I had died and when I returned to the Boss room, the music didn't change. It stayed that way for twenty minutes as I fought the boss. It only happened that one time but it was strange.

I noticed while playing Puzzle Kombat in MK: Unchained that Raiden's hands literally go through his hat during his win pose after rounds. Very bizarre. And when I say go through the hat, I actually mean it! You can clearly make out his hands.

This one, but beware: you should lower the volume to very low levels.
