i don't like the new intro :c i mean, they've messed with it since david left, and sure they wanted it new because it was a new doctor, but... 11 is... the same odctor???
salso why is he so miserable i don't like it
be happy doctor you're supposed to be haaaaaapppyyyy
clara confuses me i mean what
moffat what are you--
okay, so she was a dalek who had never been to space before and died????
then she was a victorian lass who died???
are
are we going to get another rory
essentially she dies every episode or something dumb like that?
also doctor don't wear those glasses you look daft
and use your catchphrase more. bowties are cool! :C
i mean i'm glad amy is gone - didn't like her - but i loved rory and i just-- now they're gone the doctor's depressed? iirc i don't think 10 was ~~supremely miserable~~ when rose left. I mean he got up and brushed himself off and had more adventures? tbf i think he was more sad when he lost donna because she wouldn't remember him i just
help i am confused

so sickbeard tells me the new dr who is coming the 30th of march

who else is going to watch moffat as he crams a great british institution further down the toilet with the end of a plunger this season :')

i preferred it when we didn't have river song crooning about the doctor while head writer still hadn't got over his divorce from years ago and instead we had the donna series finale

like RTD's series finales were like when the power rangers had to drag out the ultrazord
moffats have been like a bad christmas present from a well-meaning grandparent and you can't wait to put it on ebay or sell it to your craft club

i think it could be dramatically improved if they put matt smiths head all massive like in the old dr who intros and matt smith suddenly went all second doctor and was an insatiable grump

who wants to give torchwood a call and see what they're up to cos i tell you i'd rather watch more of that

Well I really enjoyed that! The middle of the episode was a bit dull, but the beginning and end were good.

That's twice Clara has obtained mad computer skills by accident..

jammy dodgers <3

and when that face appeared on the screen near the end, my little heart did a flip. Really liked the reactions of the office workers at the end, too.

Describing plot while avoiding spoilers is fiddly..

Also still delighted to see the new credits again. And Matt Smith being adorable and slightly creepy / not understanding social conventions as usual <3

Fun little opener, looks like my 7 next Saturdays are gonna be that way. :)

Never mind the face, the "little girl" thing after that really took me by surprise. Bravo. XD

I really liked that. Moffat appears to be going away from the fairytale-esque route and going down the RTD-esque road. The next episode looks fantastic as well, gotta love some aliens!

I was secretly hoping for Danny Dyer, but Peter Capaldi is amazing.

ALL THE DOCTORS!

Wait a tick... Only 13 Doctors showed up at Galifrey... Are they seriously implying that Peter Capaldi will be the last Doctor?
