My favorite is between Growlithe/Arcanine and Meloetta.

I rarely actually pick favorites for battle reasons, I usually go off of appearances. Growlithe and Arcanine are fiery dogs, and it's hard to not like a dog, plus they remind me of a character in a game I like. Meloetta is based off of music, which I love, and has nice legs.
