Title: Who would win in a pokemon battle?
Post by: The name master on September 08, 2016, 12:51
One person must post two pokemon that will fight each other, and the next person to post decides who would win (and the optional why) then post another two pokemon and it just continues on.

A pokemon cannot evolve or mega evolve in a battle, so that doesn't help decide the outcome of the battle.

I was wondering who would win. Kangaskhan or Miltank?

I could be tied up, stabbed in the stomach by a charging Nidorino, get Poisoned from the experience, paralyzed by touching a Pikachu, have my shoe laces tied together (if I had shoe laces) and I could still beat you!

Who would win in a pokemon battle? Kangaskhan or Miltank?

We're not including Poison2007 or any other pkmn.net user. Just those two.

Princess

For the simple fact that it evolves into a queen, and you're a princess before you become a queen.

Once it evolves into nidoqueen, I would change it to Royal or royale.

what does that make nidoran then, a fetus?

nidoran should be princess, nidorina should be queen, and then nidoqueen be queen mother. as in, the mother of the queen if we gon' go logically

that said its a highly unoriginal nickname and you can keep it

Nidoran would be princess too, since it's not a queen.

I nicknamed my grumpig bouncer.

I think you can work that out.

I nicknamed my shiftry cannabis.

The leaves on it's arms look like cannabis leaves.

that's a good point. considering the op and the fact that it's 2016 on pkmn.net, my expectations should have been far lower

Anything can happen in a thread made by me!

Also, it happens when people don't post the right way!

This is so a thread for me and Poison to banter the hell out of each other!

If you want me to lock this topic and post it in forum games, then I'll do that (just to get activity on this thread)

I'd say Miltank wins if it knows Milk Drink.

Who'd win?lvl 50 Espeon or lvl 100 maractus?

The maractus, because lv 100 anything will beat a lv 50.

To avoid this problem in future, both pokemon are the same level.

Charizard or Dragonite?

Depends on which Mega Evolution Charizard has. If X then Charizard because it has high Attack and is a bit more resistant to some of Dragonite's moves such as Aqua Tail and Ice Beam. If Y then probably Dragonite since it has access to Rain Dance, Hurricane, and Thunder.

Neither, by the first posts rules, so it's almost certainly a win for dragonite. Also as a note, both Zards are equally resistant to Ice Beam, being neutral. (& because of drought basically equally resistant to water but not really)

If it were Zard-X, it would depend on movesets (assuming Dragonite has multiscale, otherwise Dragonite just dies lmao). If both have outrage, Zard outspeeds and wins, but outrage is rare. With Dragon Claw, assuming both are 252+ Atk and 0/4 Def, Dragonite is 2HKOd, but has a 37.5% chance of OHKOing Zard, or guaranteed with any sort of power boosting item. If Dragonite has Dragon Dance and Zard does not, dragonite can use DD first to outspeed Zard and OHKO the next turn. They're basically pretty evenly matched, but Zard tends to win if the movesets are mirrored. Zard-Y just flops over and dies because none of its special attacks do much at all and Dragon Claw 2HKOs.

I was doing a comparison earlier of Charizard's and Dragonite's stats.

Charizard is faster than Dragonite?!

Dragonite can fly at over 1000mph! Surely faster than Charizard!

If you want me to show movesets etc, here they are:

Charizard

Moveset:
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Earthquake
Ember

Dragonite

Moveset:
Dragon Pulse
Hyper Beam
Thunderbolt
Steel Wing

^Don't Insult how bad those movesets are in game! This is in fanfic, I'm not actually using this! (Though it looks like a moveset made by me!)

And could the next poster post two new pokemon each time?
