Had a problem with the bedroom window where you turn the handle and the catches won't move so it looks like the handle's bost.

Removed the handle, grabbed a screwdriver, pulled the window shut with the screwdriver in the screw hole and used a pair of pliers to turn the mechanism and locked the window.

It's the manliest thing I've ever done...

I'm always hungry, thirsty or tired. What am I, an infant?

You're a golden retriever.

^ You should meet our Labrador. If you can't get on with him then there's no hope!

I drove an electric van this morning. Weird experience but fun at the same time.

Honestly I’m impressed he lived 50 years with ALS

For whatever reason, the disease developed much slower than it does in most other people. Jason Becker has survived over twenty years with it.

Pot Noodles post 2005 are crap so unless you're old enough to remember the joys of salt, additive, msg laden goodness

Same goes for Sunny D and Smarties. I remember when Sunny D kept you awake for days and Smarties were bright enough to be used as navigation lights on aircraft.

I messed up at work and my boss called me a bunch of horrible names and swears and threatened to fire me lol cool

If they did it in front of others, you might be able to make a formal complaint (provided there is someone higher than him, obviously)

When my missus worked at Matalan someone berated her and made her embarrassed in front of everyone and it turns out you can do that kind of thing. She didn't know at the time.

Bloke was an arsehole though.

I think I may have developed an immunity to caffeine. Coffee doesn't work so well now.

I've been a 27 year old man attempting to be a functioning member of society with jobs and responsibilities, then in my time off I race cars.

YouTube's changed the criteria for the Partner Program meaning you now need 1k subscribers and 4,000 hours of view time to make it in. Means smaller channels that are growing legitimately through putting out content regularly are being put back a few steps but I can see why they're doing it- Trying to stop those who upload things illegally and collect the ad revenue on views alone aren't making the money they were.

I wasn't making that much money off my channel and I wasn't in it to be a YouTube star, just make a few extra quid to finance my hobby, but it feels a little annoying because I'm putting in the work in, was getting a decent return for it, only for it to stop.

Apparently it's because of the Logan Paul scandal, but I dunno.
