Topic: Give Leaf something to do

Okay, so this may sound quite random but I was thinking about how the opposite sex player character tends to have a role when they're not chosen in game. E.g. Brendan/May are your rival, Lucas/Dawn give you advice or support. I know there are some exceptions but Leaf (aka Green) really stuck out for me. Not only does she (or Red) have an alternative role in FRLG but unlike Red, she never appears anywhere else. Ever. So I was wondering what alternative roles you think Leaf could fill. It doesn't even need to be in FRLG, it could be in any game whatsoever.

Perhaps she goes round with a snag machina a la Pokemon Colleseum and steals all of Team Rocket's good Pokemon.
