Title: Transferring from Hoenn to.........Hoenn
Post by: Angelic Lapras King on May 15, 2014, 15:01: If anything, one of the coolest features of this game will be transferring your training 3rd gen Pokemon from R/S/E all the way to OR/AS, basically Hoenn to Hoenn.

So yeah, who will be doing since once the option is available whether you want to or not realizing your old Pokemon were from the 3rd Gen, and what about an unlockable for doing so? I mean nothing huge, but maybe anything from a medal to a Shiny Feebas or something?

Well, as TF2, they could give the player an exclusive hat. Or a time-travel pill.

I mean, Nintendo tend to be against paid DLC but if it's HATS then I'm willing to look past that.

They're not really 'against it' they just haven't utilised as much as other companies, perhaps because of policy perhaps because their online inferstructure isn't as far devopled.

They've put cross-gen transfering behind a paywall for example.

It makes me feel terrible that I kept resetting those games, I have no really old pokemon despite being there since gen 1. D:

Hoenn -> Sinnoh OR Kanto -> Unova -> Kalos -> Future Hoenn

HeartGold/SoulSilver count as Kanto because that is where Pal Park is located.

Time travel just got a lot more complex.
