Title: New Scraggy Evolution?

This is a new fakemon evolution, Scrapunk. It is a dark/steel type and is of the Punk  metal species. It evolves from Scraggy when leveling up while holding a metal coat.

EX015. Scrapunk ( Scrap/Scrappy/Scruffy - Punk)

Species: Punk Metal
Abililty(s): Iron barbs, Moxie, Multiscale (Dream ability)

evolves from Scraggy when leveled up while holding the metal coat item

Signiture move: Heavy Metal (Steel 80pwr 15pp) The user lets out a horrible yell, lowering defense and evasion by 1 stage. It may make opponents flinch

Scrapunk are very tough pokemon to control, and are frequently known to rebel against their trainers or any authority for that matter. As well as the many tricky dark moves and powerful fightning attacks it could learn before, it can now learn steel and poison attacks, not to mention sound based attacks too.

I personally would welcome this new evolution. So far, it is just a fakemon evolution I found on Deviantart. Frankly, this is one of my many hopes for Pokemon X and Y.

I like it, I never really bothered with Scrafty, but a dark and steel type would be nice. Good partner for Metagross!

Oh dear lord no. There's loads of things I don't like about this, to put it nicely >.<

The stats are odd, Scrafty has a higher attack stat than that.

I like the idea, but the stats and the pokemon itself needs work.

I understand that the stats need changing. I could make it so it evolves from Scraggy if you level it up with the metal coat. Otherwise, it ends up as Scrafty. Scrafty would be the better attacker, whereas Scrapunk would have the better defensive stats, being a steel type.
