I should be out but I got told that people weren't going out tonight until about a few minutes ago where they said they were already out and wanted me to come out which would have meant getting a taxi on my own, staying there for about an hour and then coming back. I wouldn't have minded if I would have been told about it so it's really put me in a bad mood, I really needed a night out tbh =/

EDIT: Urgh crap night got so much crapper; just feel awful, don't feel like doing anything rather than sit on my own, reflecting on nothing and waiting for time to pass. I wish this would just go away, as soon as it looks like I'm getting back to a good place I'm getting knocked down again >>

I'm pretty down about the fact that I still have a week of living here to get through. Mum just cries all the time and gets angry at me and paranoid that my stepdad or I are trying to hurt her.. my stepdad is just always frustrated and storms around the house with a face like thunder, swearing under his breath.. everyone just snaps and shouts at each other, and of course the babies just scream. Moving day can't come fast enough.

and various other rubbish but I could probably cope with it all if I wasn't treadng on eggshells at home all the time and didn't feel like I was incapable of doing anything right.

As you may or may not have noticed...I've not been on here as regularly as I usually am...

Mainly because I've had my boyfriend stay here for...a whopping 3 months.

But today...he's gone back home...and it just feels so empty and lonely without him now...I cried all the way to the airport and back...and am still doing so now...so I calculate that to be about 3 hours of crying and getting all upset...

I just don't know what to do with myself anymore ._. I miss being cuddled and loved and it's only been 2 hours without him...

watching Death of the Oceans.. it's bloody terrifying.

Sure, the Marine Census was amazing and fascinating.. and it's all very interesting.. but.. christ. For example, the population of top ocean predators (sharks, marlin, tuna etc) nowadays is a mere 10% of what it was 50 years ago, largely due to commercial fishing.. there aren't words D: and we've acidified the oceans so much that, even if we stopped our CO₂ emissions now, it would be hundreds of years before the oceans returned to normal acidity levels.. it's just all so scary :<
