I've made a proper dent in this 8000-word project report ngl. The whole thing was stressing me out but I'm proper enjoying it now because our previous project reports were 2000-words and now I've got room to properly elaborate on what I've been doing.

I'm also proper getting into Overwatch again. Haven't played it for over a year so I was massively rusty with everything and spent about 5 games wondering why I was randomly suffocating (turned out to be Widow's mines) but I'm having fun. Idk it's nice to apply frantic strafing to a game other than Doom and it's nice not being sniped through buildings and other non-penetrable scenery like in BF1 because the servers are naff.

Finally feel like I’m making progress on overcoming my fear of dogs and it’s the best thing that’s happened to me in 17 years

^ You should meet our Labrador. If you can't get on with him then there's no hope!

I drove an electric van this morning. Weird experience but fun at the same time.

^Same with my shepard. Basically don't try to hurt me and she's like a big baby.

Hoping to get even closer to finishing my final-year project tonight and I'm honestly excited about getting it done and being able to 100% relax for the first time in what's probably over a month at this point.

I made myself laugh. While looking through some of my stuff, I found a partially done video that I hadn't look at in a while where Hitler plays Medal Of Honour Airbourne, where he asks if there was pizza in Italy during the war (no one knew) so Hitler says "I hope she made lots of spaghetti!" XD

Totally finished my final year project and my supervisor said that she would be interested in using my data in one of her studies which means there's a chance that I'll have my name in a published paper! I celebrated with a victory nap.

Also, I've finally gotten around to having a bash at the Zombicide mission competition that I've wanted to attempt for a while. The map's sorted, it's just deciding on a scenario and additional mechanics to make things more unique.

Looking forward tbh. Staying up really late to work on my project has knackered my sleep cycle though so I have time to work on it.

I was playing PMD Blue on my DSi. I was in the middle of saving when the D decided the game card was removed, even though it wasn't. I then turned it off and on again and the DS wasn't seeing the game, so I turned it off took the cartridge out, blew it and the DS, put it back in, the game could be played. The game played as normal, long intro I can't skip because.....

Spoiler: show
My save file had been corrupted and erased. WHY?! I was so far! I got to Magma Cavern!

False alarm! I beat the game now!

Had a problem with the bedroom window where you turn the handle and the catches won't move so it looks like the handle's bost.

Removed the handle, grabbed a screwdriver, pulled the window shut with the screwdriver in the screw hole and used a pair of pliers to turn the mechanism and locked the window.

It's the manliest thing I've ever done...

Push came to shove and I ordered the missus' anniversary present. I'm hoping she'll like it since we've been together for a year on Tuesday aha.
