Hey, it's Spriter. I'll be hopefully kicking butt in a Platinum Nuzlocke. I shall provide updates when possible, but in a more playthrough sort of style instead of a story.
You all know the rules. Ok, fine, rules:
- When one pokemon faints, it shall be boxed forever
- I can only catch the first encountered pokemon on any given route. Gift pokemon count for cities and such.
- Shinies are exempt from all rules, so I can catch it if I've caught something already. It will be boxed should it faint though, of course.
Now:
- Started with a character called Quiet (does anyone get the reference?).
- Barry was an idiot and forgot stuff and fined me for no reason.
- Obtained a lovely Turtwig who I forgot to nickname...
- Docile natured, but I shall call him Stem!
- Beat Barry. He's a bit naive and easy to beat I guess.
- Now, the adventure begins! Well, when he stops following me like a puppy. Oh, wierd guy in Lake Verity...but I know who he is, he's Cyrus because I can see the future!

Well, I was happy with the way things went. Rowan gave me the pokedex after my mother asked me to thank him. But he was a bit bipolar, so he yelled like "QUIET!!!!!". Which is my name. Ugh. I exploited the fact I can buy Pokèballs before Lucas does the catching tutorial, I went and caught a Kricketot! I named him Bugaboom after the boss in Super Mario Galaxy 1&2.
I did the tutorial (PFFF no need I already did catch something) and made a drastic error. Bugaboom had 15 HP, but took damage before I battled a Lv5 Starly...he got destroyed ;_; I'm so sorry Bugaboom...my favourite nickname.
I forgot to mention, I caught a female Shinx with Rivalry, who I named Lionheart. A training session ensued, before I headed off to Jubilife...and met a strangely attractive ma-...ummm...a strangely good man? He was called Looker, and he asked us to look out for criminals. I did the usual, met Loud and beat him and then caught a KRICKETOT!!!
I named her Bugabang. She'll ignite some awesomeness in my team *badum-tish*.
I stopped there, I'll update with sprites later because I'm lazy.

IT HAS ENDED.
Roarke ripped me to shreds. Stem got CRIT by Headbutt, after I realised Bugabang would not be able to take two hits from Cranidos...and I was helpless as everyone died...oh god no help me.
This will be updated when the file is erased and I start again.

So, with a fresh start, I began to Nuzlocke. Remember, the rules are standard Nuzlocke fare, but I will include the Dupes/Species Clause (but I can decide whether to catch a duplicate). You will see why...
- Named myself Silence, and my rival stays as Barry.
- Chose Turtwig after a certain someone showed up. Jeez, he was kind then, but he shouted "Silence!" at me for no reason. Ehhh...ok
- Beat Barry, and I thanked Rowan by nicknaming Turtwig Stemmy!
- So, Pokeballs and my Route 201 Pokemon is...Bidoof. Yay. Nicknamed her Doofi.
- I was trolled hard. Lucas caught a Bidoof, gave me Pokebalks and sent me on my merry way. I then encountered one Bidoof...no catching it. Then I encountered ANOTHER Bidoof! But I got a Shinx and named him Lionheart. He's Adamant too.
- I beat the trainers and encountered Lucas. Looker approached me, spoke and disappeared...*sigh*
- I got the Poketch, beat Barry and headed to get two new Pokemon! I got a Wurmple named Wiggle, but I fainted a wild Starly so...yeah. Wiggle was boxed.
- Whilst beating the trainers on Route 203, Doofi was killed by I believe it was either a Starly or Shinx...;_; She was so cool but alas, lasted no longer than a Dragonfly...
- I continued on, picking up a Zubat from Oreburgh Gate...whom was named Plum.
- I reached Route 207 after seeing Barry, and the training is underway.

Updates:
- ...WOOOOOHOOOOO! I actually beat Roarke! This was so much smoother than the first try. Everything went well. Cranidos then came out and nearly fainted Lionheart, but I fainted Cranidos before anyone died.
- So, I accepted the Coal Badge. I encountered Barry after dancing with joy, who just talked and headed off to Eterna City. I followed in his footsteps, teaching Thwomp Rock Smash for the Ravaged Path. I got to Floaroma Town, and quickly learned of Galactic and trouble. Did I mention that Oak Rowan taught them a lesson in being humans? Well, he wasn't here this time. I managed to take down that idiotic and arrogant duo of grunts and I got Honey. I also caught a Shellos! I named her Western.
- I had an easy time against TG, but then came Jupiter...who killed poor Western in a few turns ;_;
- That cow was beaten, and I made them flee like wimps. I saved in the Pokecenter, after I boxed Western in Valhalla.

- So, I needed to heal a little. I did. As I made my way to Eterna Forest, I trained my Pokémon to around Lv18/19. So, I walked inside to encounter Cheryl! She seemed to need my assistance getting through the forest (simply put, a chance to grind levels like crazy). I obliged, taking the time to evenly level my team out, whilst also making short work of catching a Buneary, who I named Thumper. Bambi anyone?
- Well, I came out onto Route 205 north (I counted this as a seperate area by the way), and caught a Cascoon (name him Tox, which could have been Roxie if it were a female)!
-Hmm. I healed at Eterna, caught a Chingling out on Route 211 and headed to the gym. I managed to beat all three gym trainers, before having an easy time against Gardenia...Forest Badge get!
- I also realised that it was Friday (the 13th), so I decided to go and catch the Valley Windorks Drifloon and the Chateau Rotom. Both were easy captures. I named them Boo and Sparky respectively. Sparky was trained up to Lv21, before I saved for the day.

Well, I must apologise for the week drought. School is kicking my butt so far >.<
- Gardenia was easy, she couldn't knock any of my Pokemon out and she went down easily. Now it was Team Galactic's turn, and it all went real smooth for a while. That is, until I reached the higher rooms...because firstly, Rotom tried to take on that Scientist's Kadabra...and it managed to KO Sparky easily. I...I was looking forward to using Sparky ;_; Then, Cyanide took a hit that it couldn't take. Sorry Cyanide ;_;
- Mars/Jupiter/Uranus/whatever her name was didn't last so long after Cyanide died, my team took care of her. I managed to train my team up more after taking Boo out of the box. I headed off to Cycling Road. I beat all of the trainers and headed underneath, catching a Geodude (I called it something, but what was it? I can't recall). I found the secret entrance, and I quickly obtained the TM26 Earthquake. I also found a Bronzor, and I named it Titanium.
- As I finished up and travelled through Mt Coronet after catching a Meditite called Psych, Cyrus met me and let out his nicer side by saying that he wanted to fix the world...d'aww Cyrus is bothered about the welfare of the world!
- Coming out onto Route 208, I headed past the hairy bikers hikers, I soon darted into the grass and I caught a Bibarel! I dunno what I named it. I saved there.
