I'd like to join!Great to have you on board, BronySpriter! JSM will be your teacher, so just ask him when you'll start and go on from there! There might be times where he's busy with his personal life though, so I'll be more than happy to help move you along if a number of days have gone by since c: And just to let you know, I'll be teaching scratching, as JSM doesn't feel that he can teach it quite yet.

Course(s) Recoloring, mixes, and scratches please
I'd like to join! All right, I'll put you down c: I'll be your teacher; so let's start on a simple recolour! I'd like you to recolour Lucario as a Grumpig c:

Course(s) Recolors, Mixes, Revamps, Pixel Overs
I like this :) I'm also not very good at spriting (particularly shading) and I'd like to improve.
Sorry about no sprite recently, but I've been busy :( I'll sort it out for the weekend. That does look a lot nicer c: The only thing that I think should be revisited is now outlining the scales on Gorebyss' tail. After that, I think you'll be ready to move onto the next sprite!
Well, I got it redone. I looked over your tips, so hopefully I've done better. Sorry for the long delay =)

Course(s) How about mixes, spectrums, both "vamps," pixel-overs and scratch spriting?
Aaaall right then, sorry about being away (again) xD
Until JSM's back, I'll be taking his place, BronySpriter c: So for now, could you do a Kingler recoloured as Scizor, please? Don't forget to try and replicate the patterns!
Can I give suggestions for them to do?Ah, I'm afraid not ^^; I go through a selection of Pokemon that I feel would provide a little thought rather than simple 'change this colour to that and we're done!' thoughts c: It helps us improve, that way!
Okay, I have finished. It looks good! You can tell it's a Scizor recolour c:

I know the shading on one of his little "bumps" is off. I couldn't find a good color on Scizor to shade it.
Ooh, sounds like fun!

Great! I'll sign you up for all of the courses then c: As we'll start on recolours, I'd like to see you do a Pikachu recoloured as an Umbreon! Remember to replicate the patterns to the best of your ability c:
(http://i40.tinypic.com/2qk5yev.png)I really like that! I only have one thing to say that you should maybe look back into, and that's the marking on the tail. It looks like it's a separate object wrapping around it, like a second layer, and it looks like it's because of the pixel-wide bump on where you've redone the outline of the tail. It should look alright with the outline of the yellow part being a pixel downwards, to make it look more like the pattern is part of the tail rather than a separate layer. Otherwise, that's more or less brilliant! If you're happy with what you've made, then I suggest that we move onto another recolour; Zebstrika as Purugly, please? c:
Here's the updated Kingler:Ah, I think I got my lefts and rights mixed up xD' Sorry about that, haha.

I changed the marking on the tail. Does this look better?Ah, my bad. For the first one, I hadn't really looked properly at Pikachu's sprite. I thought that the longer line on the tail (on the left-hand side) was originally straight without the slight bump it has. But yep, both versions look good!

And...
(http://i42.tinypic.com/10x7ms3.png) Is this ok? :)
Sure, as soon as I get back from my vacation in colorado.
Let's move on to mixes c: Could you make a mix of Flaafy and Swoobat, please? You decide on the base c:Okay!
K' here's the recolor:Your image is broken, according to this computer xD Would you be able to upload it on another site? Tinypic, maybe? That one works perfectly fine for me to view on this computer.

Course(s) Mixes, Revamps, Devamps... Infernos always interested me.
Not sprited in a few years, and wanna see what I can do with photoshop. This may or may not be a good idea. We'll see what you conjur, then! I meant spectrums in a rainbow manner, haha. Similar to my Cresselia avatar c: We'll get to that when you reach it, though. Do you want to do those courses in that particular order, or do you want to do spectrums last? As we'll start with recolours either way, could you make an Arbok recoloured as Masquerain, please?

*Not sure what you meant by spectrums - do you mean recolored in a rainbow manner or animated? If animated, I'm fine with that because I love animating.
(http://i43.tinypic.com/3029y0j.png)It's Flaafy's head, I think. You should avoid adding on the non-base Pokemon's full head, or else it more than likely will look funny. Sometimes, if you mix too heavily, it will look more like a Pokeswap (where a Pokemon is put into a pose of another Pokemon, such as RS Seviper in the same stance as RS Arbok) than a mix c: Instead of adding Flaafy's head to make it look more like a Flaafy and Swoobat mix, why not add Flaafy's horns or head fluff onto Swoobat's? For example, you could colour Swoobat's ears to look like Flaafy's horns, but add some of Flaafy's head fluff to either side to make it look more like a Flaafy mix. See if you can do something like that!
That's one odd-looking creature.
(http://i43.tinypic.com/2nips7t.jpg)Yep, it does now!
does this work?
Sorry everybody xD I haven't been coming on recently due to coursework for my GCSEs. I'm still working on them, but now that I'm on holiday, I've got a bit more time to do stuff c:

depending on what kind of windows program your labtop uses, if you press the windows button+r there should be a small box with a typebox in it. type mspaint.exe and that may or may not work.
