So, I'm sure that this has been asked before, but I'll restate the question. What is your favorite pokemon memory.
For me, I was getting Fire Red when I was six, that's when I entered the world of pokemon.
Too many for just one, so I'll narrow it down to a select few that stand out:
-Getting Pikachu in Yellow Version for the first time, and having it as my very first Pokemon ever
-Getting Nidoking to Level 100 in Yellow Version, marking the first of many to come
-Playing the Surfing Pikachu Minigame in Yellow Version after getting Surf on mine from Stadium
-Beating Mewtwo on Pokemon Stadium
-Receiving Torchic in Ruby version for the first time. I remember being very excited about these games and about my starter.
-Evolving Combusken after defeating Maxie atop Mt. Chimney. It was a a long, difficult battle, and the reward for defeating him was the coolest Pokemon I'd ever seen.
-Seeing the Battle Frontier on Emerald, which really sparked my competitive nature and got me into wanting to learn how to battle competitively, which I did soon after
-My entire White Nuzlocke with Tim was one of the best experiences I'd had with any game ever
Beyond the games, the best memories that come from Pokemon, for me, are the friends and wonderful community it has given me that I'd otherwise not have. :>
My best was getting my first Pokemon game, a second hand copy of Gold (it had been my brother's) and just playing and playing and playing. I must have been 5ish (these days I have no idea how I was so good back then - I just blasted everything with flamethrower but I still managed to beat the game millions of times!)
Then - as I'm not that patient with training (I still haven't got my first Lv. 100) - The moment when I got my (Then Zweilous), Ray, from Lv. 1 to Lv. 64 and finally evolved him. He's now Lv. 76 and I hope he's going to be my first Lv. 100.
-Picking Torchic on Sapphire was when I first entered the world of Pokemon :3
-Finally beating Brendan on that one Route under the cycling road on Sapphire. I tried so many times :L
-Beating the BW2 Elite Four! First E4 I've ever beaten!
-Catching Shiny Swinub on BW2. First Shiny Pokemon I'd ever seen!
-Catching Shiny Poochyena on my recent Sapphire version playthrough.
When I finally evolved my quilava, not even knowing it HAD an evolution.
Beating the E4 on Yellow was pretty cool. :police:
Getting lost in the Whirl Islands without flash for about four months when I was 6 or 7. Wow I had so much fun trying to get out. My Nidoran in the daycare grew 48 levels just from that.
Getting my first level 100: Groudon!
Beating the e4 in gold for the first time. I was stuck in ice path and i used a pokemon world guide aha.
Going to woolworths to get sapphire on launch, and beating the game in a week.
Finally finding a water stone to evolve my lvl 50 Lombre in sapphire. Ludicolo became one of my favs then <3
Doing my hg nuzlocke and my egglocke rn on white 2 :3

never throw those berries thay you think youre never gonna use away, they beat steven for me
catching lugia on pokemon crystal when i was 6 or 7 because it was the coolest pokemon at the time [it still is] and naming it "Angel" because i wanted it to know how much i loved it lol. i still have it~
I got a FEMALE Oshawott on my first try upon starting up my B2 game after I picked it up at the store and playing it for the first time. I was REALLY surprised at my luck as it never happened that I get a female starter from a brand new game out of the box within less than five minutes and a LOT of resetting before or since then. I still have her now as a Samurott.
1. FINALLY hatching a shiny Tepig egg after 3072 attempts.
2. That same Tepig evolving and reaching the prestigious level 100.
3. Finding a shiny Scraggy
4. Encountering Pokerus which spread to Giratina, Dialga and Kyogre.
5. Beating all the champions. Always love that feeling of happiness.
