Because no-one has brought this up yet...
probably because it may be a downer of a thread
Do you want to get married? Do you love the idea of wedding? Do you loathe the idea and want to hide away from such a thing?
Personally...
No. I wouldn't just "get married". I'd want to find that perfect person first, but I am not interested until I'm actually financially able to support myself, and then some. It's possibly going to change if I met that person beforehand, so...it's up in the air.

These are the sort of things I find embarrassing - I don't like having meaningful moments/conversations with my parents. I would find it weird kissing someone in front of all of my friends, no matter how much I loved them. I'd feel stupid in the dress, I'd not like how I looked on the day... I think the day would be rather my worst nightmare than the happiest day of my life.
-
I'm not ready to give up the playa lifestyle yet.
-
I'm hoping that something happens within the next 8 years, yes
-
I'm kind of mixed feelings on this, as I'd love the build up to it, getting everything perfect, and getting marred to a guy I love! Bit then I'd worry that something would go wrong the whole time, and I think it'd ruin it a little. Although, I think just for that moment where you kiss after getting married its be worth it, it seems like its be a perfect moment...

I would love to marry a nice woman and hopefully have a child.
The only thing is, I'm genuinly thinking about becoming a priest or a vicar or something along that kind of work, so I'm unsure if I can? I haven't looked into it very much as you can tell.
But yeah, would love to get married but only when we have enough to do so.
-
Haha my "I don't want to make a big fuss" side conflicts massively with my girly ".. I love churches and white dresses and tradition" side on this ^^;
I very much like the idea of getting married, but if I happen to find the right guy for me and he doesn't want to, I'd respect that. The love is what matters!
-
I'm a sap for things like this, so absolutely. Marriage to me is the most wonderful sign of love and commitment to a single person that there is. I like that idea.
-
Not really but currently as it stands it's probably going to happen at some point in the near-distant future. I'm not really too psyched on the idea if I'm honest but it's not a game changer for me, or at least I hope it won't be.
-
im already married to like 9 fictional characters
-
Hmm.. I don't know. It would be nice, but I can't see it happening any time soon =/
-
I'd like to before I'm 30 but that doesn't give me much time. :(
I've got plenty of money and can do all the washing and ironing so send your proposals via PM please.

;]
My only redeeming quality in any marriage would be that I bake a lot of cake. And cook a lot of food. I don't even know where I'd want to settle, here or back home, or somewhere else entirely! I don't even know that many people >_>
In all fairness I'd make an awful wife, though

lottie you are also beautiful and will probably stay beautiful, also you will probably make a ton of milk

also you will probably make a ton of milk
I think you just won PKMN.Net xD

I'm a backup husband for about 5 people so I'm bound to be married at some point in my life between the ages of 30 and 80.
Seriously though, I think I'd like to get married, but there are so many ifs and buts, so I'm not holding out for it. Kinda expecting to die alone but you know, anything can happen ~

.... wait what?!
I don't know if I should be flattered or not...

I guess this is a 'yes' from me as I am getting married.
From what I've learned so far, absolutely NONE of the day will be about the two of us, it'll just be about her. And there's lots of compromising. For instance: She wants to have a teal colour scheme whereas I wanted a red one. So we're compromising and having teal.
So I might as well just let her plan it and not say anything

This genuinely made me laugh. I wish you two the best of luck! :>

It'd be nice, but I doubt it'll happen. And I loathe the idea of having a wedding, which I guess might make it difficult.
I shall just continue to live vicariously through fictional characters instead.

i cant stop reading the topic title as a proposal.

Thanks! Won't be any time in the next three years though as we're paying for it ourselves.
